Saturday night was my first time trying Pete’s Famous barbecue and it was definitely worth every penny. I initially wanted chicken but there was a 15 minute wait. It was a really busy night. We still had an hour drive home, so we went with barbecue ribs. Omg, I can’t even describe the taste! You really have too try it out for yourself. One of a kind! Highly recommended.

Great BBQ ribs but my ribs were not temperature hot. The outer part of my ribs were tough but the inside of my ribs were tender. You get alot of ribs in a half rack. However, Be prepared to pay $36.00 for a half rack ribs with a side of potato salad and bake beans...half rack without sides is 30.00. I was a bit disappointed with the cost.
Absolutely amazing ribs! I came all the way from Canada for a Florida trip in September 2024. I knew this was going to be a great place from the get go, there was a man sitting there watching over the pit, I knew he must have been there all day watching over the pit.
I bought two full slabs, I got 1 slab with their famous sauces and 1 without. I wanted to be able to taste the smoke and meet without sauce and wow, Absolutely perfectly cooked ribs.
The staff were friendly and we talked for a bit and they were happy to see that someone as far as Canada heard about their ribs and had to come try them.

There were four of us who stopped here, and we all have different taste buds. All four of us were really impressed, which is hard to do. Don't let the small building fool you. It's the best hidden gem in Florida. The barbecue ribs were excellent, and the chicken was on another level.

Wow, wow, wow!!! Unbelievable the Best Ribs I've ever eaten! I grew up on a farm, raising hogs. My parents prepared the pork in different ways, so I know when I've had a real meal of Pork. Today was the Day!
