Everything is fantastic as we are the weekly eater here. My one note: the short ribs need a slight adjustment in the kitchen—a bit longer braise to ensure the meat is fully cooked. I hate to ask waiter for an exchange, but 1/3 of times, the short ribs is not fully cooked and hard to bite. This needs to be consistent.

Excellent quality food, top three pho in Florida, and it ain't two or three. Absolutely GOATED pho, I'd probably be fat off of just this restaurant alone if I didn't live like an hour away.

Yummy soup broth and staffs were sweet. The only thing odd was a fee to use credit card. This should be the business’s responsibility in my opinion. But I would go back because the pho is good. I also like that they give you bottled waters instead of tap water!

Best pho. Have been to NYC, Vietnam and a huge fan of pho. I love this place. This bring me back to the little restaurant by the street at Vietnam. Eating with the locals, listen to their song, sipping auger cane juice while we wait for the noodle. The bowel of soup is thick and flavorful. Packed with meat, vegetable and scallion. Service is fast and the staff is is busy preparing something or cleaning something. Menu is pack with mostly soup. And the food is so cheap that I wish I live closer. Parking: we parked on the back of the restaurant(other side of e colonial) and they have parking space available. My two very picky parent even finish their entire bowl.

We don't understand the 4.3 ⭐️ rating. We live in NYC and find Pho Huong Lan to be on par with anything where we live. An honest rating would be closer to 4.7 ⭐️. It's a humble family pho restaurant. Come here for the good food and nice casual atmosphere. Service is friendly and accommodating. The brisket was tender. The broth was great and got better as the food dwindled leaving me to happily drink the leftover soup. This is our thrid time here and a must whenever we're passing through Orlando.
