The broth is savory!! Pho wonderful!! I am a self professed Pho snob. Emotional disclaimer::: I think I've been scarred by the Pho in Chicago, which honestly was generally pretty bad. Specifically, they often had a variation of pho that was incredibly saccharine derived from what I researched , incredibly high amounts of cardamom cloves and cinnamon, making the broth VERY sweet which I personally was incredibly put off by. As I have yet to have visited Vietnam, I began to doubt my pho sanity as so many Resturaunts in the chi had this sweeter take , luckily now having traveled pretty extensively eating pho, I think the savory is generally the norm. What are your thoughts? The sweat or savory?
The pho at Pho Hoa was delicious!!! Truly wonderful, layered flavor rich and flavorable broth. The meat was good. Everything was really, really yummy. I will come back next time I'm in Orlando.
Also, we had about 4 orders of the fried egg rolls, which were classically very yummy. The other appetizers were a bit expensive, but the pho and the fried rolls are reasonably priced.

Very disappointed. Was looking for traditional Pho and it was 3 people and we didn't like the taste no flavor.

Love this place. Been coming for years. The food is authentic. The staff is pleasant, although sometimes reserved. However, I donāt think that takes away from the quality of the food and I sometimes prefer to relax with my book and soup. I always come here to recover - after a long night out, allergies, or a cold. Their pho always fixes me right up. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the bathrooms and rest of the restaurant needs to be updated. I

My experiences at Pho Hoa have been consistently disappointing.
This week, I visited Pho Hoa with an American friend, despite my initial reservations based on past experiences. Sadly, the service and food quality remained subpar.
Our was unfriendly and somewhat rude. She never checked on us if we needed anything. We had to wait for a while to receive our orders, and even then, the toppings for our pho and Bun Bo Huįŗæ were missing. To make matters worse, the noodles in the Bun Bo Huįŗæ were thin and regular, rather than the traditional thick noodles.
Overall, the poor service and disappointing food make it a restaurant I would not recommend.

The food is really good but the customer was not. They dont greet you or anything. The server waited didnt ask what we wanted to drink or eat. They just walked up and stood there awkwardly.

Food was good but the customer service was terrible. Server kept laughing because we mispronounced one of the food items. Couldāve been handled differently.

I had a very disappointing experience here. First, they failed to inform me beforehand that the card machine was broken, forcing me to pay in cash. Second, the staff rudely confronted me about leaving a tip, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. On top of that, the pho soup lacked authentic flavor, and the meat tasted old Unfortunately, I wonāt be returning.

The service and atmosphere are top notch. However, the soup broth was a bit watery for our taste. We had better broth in other Pho. Kinda disappointed after 8 hours drive to get a watery broth to be honest.
