The gentleman with the beard who's worked in other restaurants in the same Plaza is the only good thing about this place. He's an asset! But the wait, quality of food, other services are lacking.

It was my first pizza place in Orlando! Am a picky person and I loved everything that we ordered. And the waiter was so sweet even though it was super busy.! I would definitely recommend going here. Michael was the best

Buffalo chicken pizza sucked, no buffalo flavor, and chicken was dry. My calzone and eggplant parm was good though

Got seated super fast….waited 15minutes, no one approached to take any orders even though 5 different servers walked past our table as well as served the table next to us.
Icing on the cake was when a table of 12 people got set up right in front of us, and as soon as they sat, a server came an introduced himself.
After the great reviews, this experience left a horrible impression!

Great flavor but lacking in service, at least if ordered to go. I order a pizza to go... when I checked, it was missing an ingredient (it was a main ingredient in a 3 ingredients pizza! I asked the waitress, who added the ingredient but didn't reheat (nor offer to) the pizza. No napkins offered or given, no pepper flakes or cheese offer to go...

Not the first time missing ingredients or poor service on the "pick up" orders side of the business.

We had the server Alōndra and she was amazing! She had a great spirit, was very fun, and quick!

The pizza was mediocre for the price. They did not specify on the UberEats app how big the sprite was for $4.67!!!! I assumed it would be a normal 2 liter of sprite. Thisssss is what I received....... a ridiculously small Styrofoam Togo cup with ICE in it and it tasted horrible.

Requested more slices as in cuts to create 16 slices. But the kitchen provide server uncut or 8 standard slices were so "minimally" cut that the server had to recut them to separate the slices, and caused a delay as server had to get cutter and make all cuts for the slices.
Server, Mallory, was extremely accommodating and I give her many thumbs up.
Although pizza had fixings, pizza had "minimal" red sauce, maybe two table spoons full for our super size, which surprised us. Felt kitchen responsible for inadequate service, and little interest in returning....

ordered pickup- everything was stale and tasted like it was frozen for 3 months and they just reheated it or it tasted like cardboard. i really wanted pasta and thought this place would be good but for the unreasonable price i paid and for the food i got, i was extremely disappointed. i dont know if its a dressing they put on the garlic bread but it was really gross to me and i couldn’t even finish it

Literally such slow service, ordered a pizza, they tell me ou maybe 10 minutes, mind you there are like 6 doordashers waiting for food. 10 minutes goes by. Nothing said, I had to ask again, where my food was. Takes another 10 minutes, they still don’t have my food. I sit here and watch all these doordashers their food but not mine. What a joke this place is. Keep in mind the restaurant had 1 table sat down. What in the world could have taken so long. DONT ORDER HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR EVER FOR YOUR FOOD.
