The perfect spot to grab some Dole whip.

We were at The Poly to catch the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the beach and thought it would be great to enjoy a treat whilst we catch the show.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and made the experience very lovely.

We got a twist (vanilla and pineapple) along with a seasonal offering of Lime. These were very good portions!

The dole whip was so good - not sure if the fireworks show made this role whip more magical, but there was something that made this experience special. I highly recommend doing this for your future trip!

I will definitely be coming back for seconds on my next trip.

Check the line before you decide to get a Dole Whip dessert here. We waited behind 25 or so people in a long line that wrapped around a corner it took every bit of 20 minutes to get to the counter. People do wait that long because the product being served (Dole Whip pineapple dessert) is amazingly good. The ladies at the counter were doing there best, so I give them credit for trying. But 2 people can only do so much. The problem is the management here doesn't have enough people to serve the demand. It may have been a peak, but the entire time here, the line remained extremely long.

Pineapple dole whip at Polynesian resort . Possibly the most easy Accsess pineapple dole whip on Disney property other location, Disney Springs and Magic Kingdom ,this window also offers seasonal items during Mickey's not so scary Halloween serving pumpkin spice flavor, whip very fun experience. It's a vibe to be eating your Mickey dole whip while you're watching fireworks.🎆 located at Disney's Polynesian resort

I’m not a huge pineapple fan, so I got the vanilla Dole Whip. Delicious. Would be happier if they sold a kids size though. Not everyone likes the one size format.

oh oh oh oh oh man, the pineapple lanai just made my whole existence. First, you won't believe it but they perfected the new fall essential ; pumpkin spice dole whip. Unlike mcdonald's, the machine works. The mouse has blessed me with this michelin star experience, and I will be returning!

Oh honey, under that blazing Disney Polynesian sun where even your eyebrows start to sweat, a cooling station is not just a luxury—it’s a lifesaving intervention. Enter: Pineapple Lanai, your fruity little oasis of sanity.

They serve up soft-serve ice cream that’s basically whipped Hawaiian vacation in a cup—made from Dole pineapple or straight-up Big Island vibes. And at $5.85 tax-in, it’s cheaper than bottled water at the airport and ten times the joy.

The taste? As refreshing as SpongeBob’s entire real estate portfolio—yes, I’m talking house goals. Pineapple perfection, baby. 🍍✨

The Pineapple Lanai is a small walkup snack service that sells a small menu of Dole Whip snacks at the Polynesian Resort. I'm sure the Dole Whips are the same everywhere, so I can't complain about the product, but the service we received was the worst we have ever experienced from our 10+ Disney vacations. We were the only customers in line, and my wife ordered a Rum Floater. The worker proceeded to hand us a regular Dole Whip and a side shot of rum! We said this is not right we wanted a Rum Floater, he got very rude and said that this is what we ordered and blamed us for his mistake. He would not fix the mistake and practically yelled at us for asking for a correction. I'm highly disappointed in the service here. I do not recommend trying this place. If you do, make sure they understand what you are asking for.

A “Must Have”Disney Treat!

When you’re in Disney World, indulging in a Dole Whip is practically a rite of passage, and at this particular location, it truly lived up to the hype. Even if you spot a long line, don’t be discouraged, it moves quickly, and the reward is well worth the short wait.

This spot nailed it with fast service and a consistently great product. If you’re visiting Walt Disney World, a Dole Whip isn’t just a snack, it’s a must have experience. Trust me, your trip won’t be complete without it!

Atmosphere-4 stars- located at Walt Disney World’s Polynesian Resort. This is a walk up window just outside the main lobby. The Polynesian is a beautiful resort with tiki torches, palm trees and Hawaiian vibes. The main pool is just steps away. Doesn’t get much more tropical than this.

Service- 3 stars- your basic counter service.

Food- 4 stars- The main event here is the Dole Whip or Dole Whip Float. Vanilla soft serve ice cream with pineapple juice. I got the pineapple/vanilla swirl. I’m not a huge fan of pineapple flavored ice cream but this was just the right amount. I’m sure most would give this popular icon desert a five star rating so a four from me says a lot.
