We had a good time for our first time. The actors did a great job. The food was okay. The ceasar salad was my favorite. The baked chicken was prepared well, not under or over done. The mash potatoes were ok, veggies not so much or the gravy. The brownie was a nice treat. We did order a appetizer but it never came so we just got our money back. They were around pretty frequently with soda but could have really used a refill on waters.

I’m not the biggest fans of pirates but this place really made me enjoy it the food surprised me it was really good especially the chicken I know the service was obviously doing it’s best but I received the wrong food plus dessert and our server disappeared for most of the meal although when he did appear he was great/ helpful with the issuesVegetarian options: You order food pre arriving and I saw there were 2 vegan/ vegetarian options availableDietary restrictions: There isn’t a section to tell on restrictions so be carefulParking: They give you a scan QR to leave with your car it was very useful and easy to use the general parking was easy but I did arrive earlyKid-friendliness: The place actively ask kids on stage and gets them involved in the show it was honestly very adorable to see kids in playing pirates definitely recommendedWheelchair accessibility: They sit you in rows and there was a handicap man who made it to his seat easy thanks to all the ramps available

Operation manger needs a attitude adjustment immediately. Had my backpack stolen while on your property. He was uncooperative and told me he wouldn't or didn't want to help me in Any way . He was extremely rude about it . And proceed to lock the door as I left your office . And then tell me to leave or he would call the cops ..Rude ...I have been a paying customer in the past with my kids, but never again.. to clarify the actual owners are very nice couple . But this guy is a bad seed

Angel the bartender was amazing! He will hook you up!! The experience was good. But, more catered to kids.Kid-friendliness: All about the kids! They did an amazing job with them and incorporated them into the show.

At the end of the day, it's nothing but a money hungry scam!!!!The show was amazing and the performers were incredible. The food was okay, about what you can expect from this kind of establishment. The service from the servers was alright. We're traveling so don't have physical card, American currency, and don't use apps like Zelle, or Venmo. After paying $400 for dinner and a show we were then held by our waiter after the show who claimed we absolutley had to tip them, which we offered to do through Apple Pay as that's all we had. The ONLY option we were offered were texting the waiters personal phone number (therefore giving him ours) so that he could take an Apple payment to his personal cell phone. When you pay $400 for dinner, you don't expect to be held down and hassled by the waiter you saw twice to give him your personal number for a "shared tip". After he coerced us into personally sending him money from our phone number he walked up to the fellow waiters and laughed while shaking the phone holding it up, therefore showing our number to more random people in a random state! Just horrible service for such an expensive dinner and show. Just go to medieval times!! There were about ten people there when we arrived and now I understand why!Parking: They won’t tell you anything about it, but will charge you just to park in their lot. Not to mention will manually insert your card details and get them wrong so many times that the bank contacts you to make sure no one took your card!

This was a last minute addition to our trip and I can't express how much it was worth it! We upgraded to the turkey leg dinner and wow was it delish! We purchased the treasure upgrade and received eyepatch and bandana for both of us and nearly front row access. The show was top notch, very engaging with audience. Overall we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend!

The experience overall was great! However the drinks, souvenir photos and giftshop were way overpriced. The price of the dinner and show, the tickets were high as well. But the experience was fun. The prices need to go way down on additional items. For Two pics in a cardstock display, the two wallets and a cheap water frame, it was $50. Plus they cut one of our members halfway out of the photos. For a small magnet in the gift shop, it was $20. And the drinks averaged $22.00 each. For 5 drinks, we paid over $150.00 Serious price gouging. And the prices aren't listed on the drink menu so we didn't know just how outrageous they were. The drinks were good though, and you get to keep your glass! There was a horrible smell the entire time we were there. Like a really bad cleaning product, or stale fog from the fog machines. It was very nauseating. The food was good, other than the mashed potatoes. The dessert was really dry as though it had been sitting out for a long time.It was really cool that the pirates interacted with the audience and we loved that they involved all the kids!Definitely a great experience, but we won't be back due to the prices.

We bought the General tickets and I am glad I did not spend extra money for the VIP because there were not much of a difference although it looked like they give priority for VIPs when it comes to audience participation, it did not matter to us. Parking is extra $8 btw.FOOD: The steaks temp were perfect at medium, mash potatoes tasted good, shrimp seasoned good and we were surprised it came with veggies, mash, and spinach (btw it was salty). The chicken was alright and the salmon was slightly overcooked but over all we were very satisfied with the food. They also served salad and brownies. You can buy alcohol drinks and they won’t short change you on the flavor and alcohol of their sangria and margarita.SHOW: Just like everyone else mentioned the sound system is horrible ? most of the time I don’t really understand what the heck is going on. I asked my husband if he understood the story and he said he didn’t know what it was LOL. But our kids (12 and 10 years old) seems to enjoy the fights, dancing, and pistol shootings. They also had kids participate on the show and we think that was so cool.OTHER: I suggest coming in just in time so you don’t have to spend much more. When you come in they will greet you and ask for picture just decline it other wise if you come early they will print it and ask you to pay $50 ?. Our server was nice, they do suggest $8 (adult) and $4 (kids) tips but she did not pressure us at all. Bring cash! They prefer cash as tip :)Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend trying it but it is expensive. We spent general admission, food around $350 + $50 for the pictures + 20 tip + $70 alcohol drink + 8 parking + 15 birthday package = $540 something for a family of 4. Will I go there again? Maybe not. But it is really was a nice experience to try for the family. Glad we went there :)

I brought my kids here for my son’s 4th birthday exactly 13 years ago. For his last birthday (17) of his “childhood” he wanted to relive his best birthday ever. So I took a crew of 6 young adults/teens, my 7 year old Anna myself to the pirate show. We ALL had a fabulous time! The performers are outstanding! The show is exciting! The set is cool! The audience involvement is a blast! The food is tasty! I gave 4 stars in that department but only because we felt a bit rushed with the food. Salad was being cleared before some were done and boxes being brought. I do understand that there is a time limit but we had extra time after the meal was done so I felt it could’ve been paced a bit differently. All in all, I highly recommend this!Vegetarian options: We had a pesto pasta and veggies entree and it was tastyDietary restrictions: We had 2 vegetarian meals and it was great!Parking: EasyKid-friendliness: Kids are kings and queens here!Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible!
