Being new to town I stopped into Pisco Express anticipating authentic Peruvian ceviche and was totaly satisfied. The service was great and informative. The Ceviche Carretillero was perfectly prepared, and the traditional accomplishments exceeded my expectations. The fried calamari on the side was an unexpected surprise. I almost don't want to share for fear that Pico Express becomes too popular.
