Came on a regular Tuesday night at 8:30pm (because their hours are until 10pm) but the door is locked and they have a sign saying “we closed early” ?? Guy inside just ignored me, I don’t think that’s cool at all

Cool go to place for a quick bite to eat. If you like pitas this place is pretty neat and has lots of great options. I'd definitely hit this place up for a quick bite again.

Came at 10:12 on a Thursday night and, while there were people inside at tables and behind the counter, the sign said that the dining area was closed even though the hours on the door said it was open until midnight. Was just at this same location at the same time last week and had no issues going inside to order. The local Pita Pit stores seem to have a difficult time sticking to the hours they've set. Change the hours if they are no longer relevant. I will not return to this location.

Manager is rude and lets her grand daughter run around in kitchen and open food area literally everyday which is gross to think about . It's breaking health codes and is just gross that a kid is running around in the kitchen literally in front of the grill my food Is on. Looks like they never clean the grill or lobby which has dead bugs everywhere. Unfortunately this is the only pita pit in Orlando so there is no other option . Liked the old manager much better this one is just a rude old women who doesn't know how to run a restaurant that needs to be cleaned and kept up .

I went to pita pit late around 10 and the customer service was amazing. I've been to this same pita pit before and received HORRIBLE service how ever this time Jay helped me and broke down the menu for me this may sound minuscule but to me it made my experience worth while. I am vegan and he walk me through the dairy free sauces and my meet alternatives. He also helped my sister (who is a picky eater) Find an option that she enjoyed. Based off the experiment from today I will definitely be back

I'm the opposite side of the subway spectrum, Pita Pit offers fresh and delicious ingredient at a relatively low cost.
Horrible customer service. Current male employee was in the bathroom which is completely understandable. BUT when we came out did not apologize for the wait and had attitude for having customers in the store. Will not be coming back for that experience again.
