I ordered a melt an Cinnabon cinnamon rolls on line. They called me to say they were out of cinnamon rolls. Since I didn't want to get a different desert they insisted I order a second item. I just canceled the order. I'll never order from pizza hut in Orlando again. It's not my fault you ran out of an item.

Ordered through the PH app, about $40 including the tip for the doordash driver because they don't have a driver of their own. Order was canceled (not by me) and they didn't even send a notification or any text. Was waiting for about an hour and a half for the food, didn't get anything so I checked the delivery status and it said canceled. Called them, one lady answered the phone then put me on hold for an hour, still no answer. Called 2 more times and one guy said he'd transfer me to his manager. Haven't heard anything aside from an automated voice for an hour.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Both were ice cold upon delivery. One had the wrong crust.
I placed an order at 7:13, and I’m still waiting. They admitted it was their mistake. The service has been terrible. The employees even started arguing among themselves. Very poor customer service.

I forgot to order the garlic butter & ranch for my son so I called right back not even a minute later. There’s a prompt. I believed option 1 that states if you like to make changes to your existing order but when the lady answered the phone. She placed me on hold. When she returned back on the phone. She said I couldn’t add the 2 sauces. I told her I would pay for them. She said it was too late so I asked her why is there a prompt if you not going to abide to it. When I mentioned, I was going to contact the corporate office. She told me to go ahead.
