Actually impossible to deal with this place. Twice now I've ordered and had orders go from taking 1 hour for delivery to 4+ hours... I was even told that a driver would take 10-15 minutes to then just never arrive. It's impressive how incompetent this is given the discrepancy between order times and actually having my order processed or even delivered. What an embarrassment of an establishment
THEIR DRIVERS ARE RECKLESS
This guy was over speeding he almost hit me because he was trying pass a car using the turn lane in Lake Underhill and Chickasaw at the publix plaza. I called Pizza Hut to tell them but the manager was no help and rude. She said she doesn’t have a black Cambry with plates INGJ49 she just doesn’t care how her drivers drive.
People should be able to cash out their larger bills we order on line no where'd there did it say that you could spend large cash bills and then you have nerve enough to tell Neto walk to another restaurant they always have change next I'll just eat there since everyone is being punished for your employees failure to verify finds with a marker really.

Pizza Hut is a fantastic place to order pick up or delivery. The staff provides excellent customer service and the food is hot and delicious. Despite a busy night, the store was clean and well-maintained. Customers highly recommend trying the Big New Yorker 16" pie, perfect for the whole family. Take out only, but the friendly staff makes the experience enjoyable.
