They didn’t deliver the whole order then I tried to call. Got left on hold for 40 minutes. There is no customer service

This store costumer service its not up to comon sense , 3 different times placed orders online with specific instructions and never once follow them ,make me wait doble time .please managment give ur employees better costumer service training. I DO NOT RECOMEND ORDERING FROM

Giving them a try after 5 yr. Not getting anything from this store because there was not an accurate order ever. Today 12/14/2024 try one more time but unfortunately for me nothing has change. The only accurate in this order was the pretty box that the pizzas came in. 🤦🏻♀️🙈Not ever again! So sad that our community pizza place make so many mistakes!

Had to drive to this location because University has been closed services poor did not knowledge when came in pizza was greasy ask for paper plates and was told by the young man we don't have paper plates anymore what pizza place does not need paper plates out if it's not the same owner from the one on University contact that manager and pay top dollar to manage his store then maybe the service will be a lot better if I could I'll give this store a zero star.

Called to place a delivery she hung up mid me giving my information, called a second time… she put me hold after 5 seconds into giving my Information gets back on after waiting 5 minutes to hold again, I left the phone on to see how long she was going to take as I placed my order online instead. 40 minutes! I just hung up… customer services ?

Save your time and money this location serves raw food and don’t have any custumer service on 9/21/2024 I placed an order for $55.87 I returned all the food 8 mins after because my two pizzas were both raw and uncooked the pepperoni were the size of dime , my 12 count chicken wings had only 9 pieces the manager a boy with pink hair stood there aguruing with me as to why I can’t get my refund even tho I brought all their food back after 30 mins of waiting in the store I left because he said he will credit me in my Pizza Hut account today is 10/07/2024 still no credit and him being the manager on duty refuse to give the general manager name or district manager name this location needs to do better

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, THEY USE DOORDASH DRIVERS FOR DELIVERIES, DRIVERS WHO NEVER ARRIVE OR EAT YOUR FOOD TO THEN LEAVE THE EMPTY BOXES AT YOUR DOOR LIKE NOTHING HAPPEN, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND I STILL HAVENT GOT MONEY BACK!!

On August 27, 2024 at about 6:00 pm, I placed an order to Pizza Hut via my mobile app. After placing the order, the app did not tell me if the order was for carry-out or delivery. I called the phone number for the store (the app provides the number and address) and I talked to a female. I asked if she could please check my order and tell me if it was for delivery or carry out. She put me on hold to check. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, I decided to drive over to the store, but I never hung up the call. I made it to the store, and I was still waiting for someone to come back to me on the phone. Upon entering the store, I observed a female employee laughing and joking with another employee. She knew I was there because we made eye contact, but she chooses to ignore me. When another employee came to the front, I asked for the manager. Two minutes later, the female who ignored me came to the front. I asked for her name, and she said it was Francheska. I explained the I was holding on the phone for a while, and she said that they were very busy. I told her that I saw her joking around with another employee and that she was not occupied enough not to answer the phone to what she replied about what my needs were. After explaining what happened, she just asked for my name, looked behind her and took my Ready order from the warmer. She then offered me a refund, which I declined and told her that what I need is better service, to which she just said: “I am sorry. Have a good day.”
One hour later since I left the house, I was back to my house with COLD pizza and bread-sticks. This was definitely NOT a memorable experience and my wife and I were not very happy with Pizza Hut.
This is a big part of the reason why so many businesses close. When customers are not happy with service, they will go somewhere else! Pizza Hut: you need to train your employees to make sure they are happy with the service too. It is not just about the Pizza or the food… SERVICE is a BIG deal. Have them pick up the phone. People like to talk to people!

Rude Service food ordered online received. Confirmation food was ready arrived at the store and the manager advised me the food isn’t ready and it wasn’t her problem. If the app claimed it was then proceeded to tell me she would give me a credit on my credit card never got the credit, and never got the food

Do not order the famous crunchy pizza melt wrap! It was disgusting! It was like eating cardboard, salty and stale. It went right into the trash can. Called the chickawsee store had me on hold for over 20min until I finally hung up. Also found out they are now using DoorDash instead of their drivers. I am not a fan of DoorDash due to security reasons in the past

Order placed on Uber Eat for pick up hours in advance upon arriving to collect my. Order they had given to another person. They told us to cancel on Uber a big nonsense, insisting they prepared another one for us and we had to wait again. Poor service that does not differentiate between delivery and pick-up. The worst thing is that our order was paid and then they gave it to another person!!!
