Wish I could give them 0. They are absolutely horrible. They tell you one price over the phone while they have different charge IN STORE DISPLAYED. They tell you “it’ll be ready in 20 minutes”. When you get there 30 mins later, they say “ we’re 12 orders behind, it’ll be another 30 mins”. This is the 3rd time around with different, NONSENSE ESCAPED WITH THIS CRAP! NEVER AGAIN!

I called and spoke to a young lady if online deals can be in store a ince I got a text. She said it's better to order online. I said ok, do you have any current deals. She said no. My daughter went inside after our time was up for pickup. The man said it was not ready. However another customer heard the name and said yeah, your order is in the warmer🤦🏾♀️

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever encountered. They send out the wrong pizzas, don’t answer the phones when you call to get it sorted, then when you finally do get someone on the phone they say they’ve shut off the ovens early tonight and they can’t refund you unless you call back in two days. Absolute clown show of a “business”.

Pizza Hut at Doctor Phillips is excellent. The staff are super friendly. The online coupons make me a weekly customer. The pizza is made to order to your liking. I love the pan crust large cheese pizza with breads ticks and sauce. Orders are always ready in 15 minutes. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. If you are new to the area, Pizza Hut is next to small shops and next to Publix grocery store. Thank you to the wonderful staff for weekend pizza night out. Always tip them and they are happy to have your business.

I had a thoroughly frustrating experience with Pizza Hut this evening that I feel compelled to share. I ordered delivery to my hotel, quoted a 30-minute wait, but the pizzas took a staggering 2 hours to arrive. I spent the entire time waiting at the hotel reception for the driver, which was incredibly inconvenient. After an hour, I called the store to check on the order, only to be told they couldn’t reach me because I hadn’t provided a valid phone number. As a UK tourist, I explained that the hotel’s number was the only one I could provide, and I questioned why they didn’t try contacting me via the hotel or my email. Their response was dismissive, but they promised to send fresh pizzas. When the pizzas finally arrived, they were barely warm and clearly reheated—dry, tasteless, and honestly the worst I’ve ever had. The customer service was horrific, with no accountability or effort to make things right. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this Pizza Hut if you value timely delivery and edible food.

I ordered for delivery , it said it would be at my parents house at 7pm.
The delivery driver just left the 2 pizzas at the door step, and did not bother to ring or knock on the door.
My mom and wife did not even know the pizzas were there till my father got home at 7:30pm, when he brought them in. (I recieved notification that the delivery driver handed the pizzas to someone, since i was driving and on the other side of town, I was not aware of all of this till they called and told me.)
When is called the store and asked to speak to a manager, I was told to wait one moment while they gone to get them, a few minutes later the line disconnected, so I called and back asking to speak to a manager, the lady said she was the manager, so I explained my situation, and the only thing she offered was to replace the pizzas. I asked for a refund, and she said she was unable to give me one e, and can only make the 2 pizzas again, and have them delivered. I asked her if she could have the rushed, and her response was, that they would get there when they get there. Please note at this time the time was around 7:30pm, since my parents did not know if the pizzas were any good, since they were sitting outside for 30 minutes, they made something for my kids who was there.
I then gone and picked them up, and the new pizzas were just arriving at 8:15pm
So my kids or wife, never got to even eat the pizzas.
I would like to speak to the owner of the store please, and see how we can rectify this issue
I walked into a very clean restaurant and the staff greeted me as I walked in and they was so friendly. My order took about 15mins to make and it was on point. I recommend stopping by and checking them out.

Not only did it take much longer to receive the food than what we were told, but the order was completely wrong. They dropped off the wrong order to us and then impossible to get a hold of an employee by phone to be able to get it rectified. Very frustrating and will not use again

Online payment screen would not load after 20 minutes of trying. What a waste of time. Won't be reordering from Pizza Hut again anytime soon.
