I ordered for delivery , it said it would be at my parents house at 7pm.
The delivery driver just left the 2 pizzas at the door step, and did not bother to ring or knock on the door.
My mom and wife did not even know the pizzas were there till my father got home at 7:30pm, when he brought them in. (I recieved notification that the delivery driver handed the pizzas to someone, since i was driving and on the other side of town, I was not aware of all of this till they called and told me.)
When is called the store and asked to speak to a manager, I was told to wait one moment while they gone to get them, a few minutes later the line disconnected, so I called and back asking to speak to a manager, the lady said she was the manager, so I explained my situation, and the only thing she offered was to replace the pizzas. I asked for a refund, and she said she was unable to give me one e, and can only make the 2 pizzas again, and have them delivered. I asked her if she could have the rushed, and her response was, that they would get there when they get there. Please note at this time the time was around 7:30pm, since my parents did not know if the pizzas were any good, since they were sitting outside for 30 minutes, they made something for my kids who was there.
I then gone and picked them up, and the new pizzas were just arriving at 8:15pm
So my kids or wife, never got to even eat the pizzas.
I would like to speak to the owner of the store please, and see how we can rectify this issue

I walked into a very clean restaurant and the staff greeted me as I walked in and they was so friendly. My order took about 15mins to make and it was on point. I recommend stopping by and checking them out.

Not only did it take much longer to receive the food than what we were told, but the order was completely wrong. They dropped off the wrong order to us and then impossible to get a hold of an employee by phone to be able to get it rectified. Very frustrating and will not use again

Went to this pizza hut today. David as i was told by the front desk lady was using bare hands to scoop up cheese and put it into container of cheese. Then i observed him also using bare hands to pick up ingredients to make pizzas such as pepperonis. The cashier who didnt want to tell me her name used gloves when helping to make pizzas but she said the manager name whos name is David. Big guy, possible spanish worked at 7:00pm on 5/6 . I work at a restaurant industry and was told that once there is a paddle or tong to use them to pick up food instead of bare hands. As a manager making pizzas and having signs up on the bathroom doors that says to wash hands they should be more careful when making and contaminating foods when touching other ingredients altogether .

It's been a while since I ordered from Pizza Hut. I ordered the large pan special with unlimited toppings. The choices of topping were very limited and had to pay extra for crushed peppers and parmesan cheese. I got home, which was less than 5 minutes away. The pizza was under baked, which made it soggy at the bottom side. The pizza itself tasted different from what I can remember. It seems like they changed the recipe or something. I remembered why I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut for awhile.

So, the last time I ordered from Pizza Hut was October when it took over an hour and 20 minutes to get our food delivered from about a mile away.After taking care of kitties at the shelter yesterday, neither of us wanted to go out again. At all. So, I decided to try Pizza Hut again after 5 months. Order came pretty quickly, but the driver did not speak English and didn't understand what I meant when I asked him how much of the $5.29 delivery charge he got.Order was wrong. We ordered buffalo chicken pizza with buffalo sauce, but it came with this weird sweet sauce. Honey bbq maybe?There was no way to cite this in the app. So I did something I hate doing and I picked up the phone and called to complain, and after navigating the voicemail, someone picked up, but no one spoke. After a minute or so with me saying "Hello?" with no answer, I hung up and tried again. Same thing.Looked up the 800 number. Got put on hold for 5 minutes before I gave up.This was likely the LAST time I order anything for delivery from this Pizza Hut.Allow me to be an old man, and say "I remember when going to Pizza Hut was a special treat! After working hard shoveling snow, we'd go and eat darn near a whole Priazzo (remember those?) and pitcher of Slice between the 2 of us.Sadly, Pizza Hut has fully "Schlitzifying" cutting quality to increase margin.
