So, the last time I ordered from Pizza Hut was October when it took over an hour and 20 minutes to get our food delivered from about a mile away.After taking care of kitties at the shelter yesterday, neither of us wanted to go out again. At all. So, I decided to try Pizza Hut again after 5 months. Order came pretty quickly, but the driver did not speak English and didn't understand what I meant when I asked him how much of the $5.29 delivery charge he got.Order was wrong. We ordered buffalo chicken pizza with buffalo sauce, but it came with this weird sweet sauce. Honey bbq maybe?There was no way to cite this in the app. So I did something I hate doing and I picked up the phone and called to complain, and after navigating the voicemail, someone picked up, but no one spoke. After a minute or so with me saying "Hello?" with no answer, I hung up and tried again. Same thing.Looked up the 800 number. Got put on hold for 5 minutes before I gave up.This was likely the LAST time I order anything for delivery from this Pizza Hut.Allow me to be an old man, and say "I remember when going to Pizza Hut was a special treat! After working hard shoveling snow, we'd go and eat darn near a whole Priazzo (remember those?) and pitcher of Slice between the 2 of us.Sadly, Pizza Hut has fully "Schlitzifying" cutting quality to increase margin. Pizza Hut, your Doctor Phillips location has gotten the last penny every from me.

Absolutely the WORST experience I have had. I placed an order for delivery at 10 PM on 3/12. Got a message that my food was on its way at 11:00 PM for them to cancel my order at 11:09 PM with NO refund and when I call the store they were CLOSED at 11:11 PM when the store hours goes until 12:00 AM. UNPROFESSIONAL. I had a health crises due to their lack of care and obviously scam like abilities

Order was supposed to be delivered within 25-30 min and it took I over an hour. When calling the store I was placed on hold after I was told my order was delivered which was not the case. Was on hold 8 minutes before I hung up and called back was placed on hold again for a while, no one picked up. I called back, this time Jazmin picked up than she just hung up when I was explaining I already been on hold and trying to figure out where my order was. Oven an hour after ordering cold food was delivered.

I ordered for delivery this evening. The email I got said my food would be here in 25-35 minutes. An hour after I ordered my food still had not been delivered. I called the store and the lady who answered just said ‘we have 1 driver tonight’ then hung up. No apology, no offer to make things right, she just hung up.If you can’t keep employees to have more than 1 driver then maybe just close your store and let someone who pays properly fill that space.

Richard is the best manager in that place. If you want to resolve any issues with anything he got you. I really recommend this place because of great managers like him. Don't order delivery from this location if you plan on getting all of your order. I understand that it gets busy, but at 4pm on a Thursday I highly doubt that it's so busy you can't bring a customer the rest of their order when it's the drivers fault for not making sure they brought everything. We pay a driver fee plus tip so we expect everything to be delivered and not told "well you can come pick it up, or have $5 taken off your next oder" nah I'm good.
I asked for to add one topping she make wrong order and they add pork and I threw it away .. coz we do not eat pork…cashier she was in harry and she left and she made wrong order .. i saw the guy who make the pizza not wearing cloves not good service , unprofessional worker

I ordered a big box on my lunch break and they had no one to deliver it not even a mile down the road I had to call them kept putting me on hold stating they were getting door dash then 5 min till closing and I ordered @1056pm my lunch break @1156 after getting the run around to make a long story short no dinner ...no driver...no credit just sorry no driver and hung up well....

Waited an hour past my delivery expected time to find out my order wasn't on it's way and was sitting in a hot box bc they didn't have drivers and DoorDash cancelled the porch up.
