I ordered a pizza online directly from Pizza Hut for delivery. The pizza was to be delivered in 25-30 minutes. After 45 minutes I called and spoke to the manager who said the pizza was waiting for a “Dasher” which is apparently who the store uses for delivery. After being told I did not want a cold pizza delivered they offered to remake the pizza in hopes a driver would show. After I asked them to cancel the order I received a message notifying me a DoorDash driver was on the way to pick up and deliver the pizza. When the driver arrived the store was closed and he was told the order was cancelled. In the end, after waiting over an hour and going back and forth as to whether a pizza would be delivered or not, I never got a pizza. This is unacceptable and I will not be ordering here again!

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a cheese stick. I got the pizza but never the cheese sticks. The person who brought me the order says that they never gave him the cheese sticks. He told us that we had to call Pizza Hut because they only gave him the pizzas. I called and they said that they couldn't do anything about it. In conclusion, a pepperoni pizza cost me $43.29. This is terrible. Don't buy there. The manager says that it wasn't her problem and that she couldn't do anything. That place is not trustworthy. I would like to give it a zero star because they don't even deserve 1.

Today i order the pizza special, we did 2 transactions i was told that i was going to get a pizza and 2 order of wings. We were clear with our order and we waited. We were expecting a pizza and wings and we went over the order. At the end i got no pizza and just 2 order of wings. I did not accept and asked for a refund. Worst service ever. Will not return!

I had a Tavern pizza tonight. I picked it up in 15 minutes like it said. The pizza was cold. It looked like it was leftovers. It was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had.

Avoid this place like the plague. Rude young lady doesn’t say anything tells me to just wait 8 more minutes as my food sat in a hot box the whole time. The most unmotivated useless staff I have ever seen in my life.
They do it worse and worse, and I continue to trust, but this time I almost lost my money, the delivery man delivered my order to another apartment, he delivered the order and left, thank you there are still good people (so it seems) and the neighbor where it was delivered The order looked for my apartment and came to deliver our order. But anyway, now tell me how I know that that neighbor who appears to be a good person for what he just did did not put something strange in my food, how can I eat that food that I ordered knowing that it was delivered to someone else before? Q to me, who or where I complain if we end up sick, intoxicated or anything worse. Definitely the last time he ordered pizza at one of his establishments.

Ok, first of all, I have to give them a little credit for the self reviews. I mean, by golly, they must have the most scrumptious pie in the industry!! ? I mean selling me 2 medium dough filled, no ingredient pizzas. Then, talking to me like what I was given was better than what I ordered. I miss going in as a child and playing pac man, centipede, and it's was a great family experience. Now it's just all about how can we make a better profit!! I would love to see at least the store manager post an honest response to this and ask how they could do better. Yep, #whathappenedtoworkethic?!!!
