worse service I'm new in FL.. and went there cause it only shows 9min.. from my job first the man that was there was working alone there was no else at the store so he was taking orders and cooking he didn't know how to put my order in on the registered was having trouble so i had to do it online and he said he will start it as i was placing the order online. I got there at 1:11pm and my lunch is just a hour a second customer came in place a order for some reason no trouble this time taking his order and customer paid cash . 3rd customer she place order online and it was not ready she wait 15min. He than tells me my order almost done at this time is about to be 1:50pm I left the store at 1:59 with no food i was pissed got back to work a few min.. late with no food and a hour wasted. This location need to be close with all the bad reviews I'm readying now. worse worse worse pizza hut 000000000 ya suck

Very sad. I know a pizza hut in CT that closed...now I know why. I just thought Orlando would be different considering all the competition for customers.

The place is very clean. Pizza was cooked perfectly, the ingredients, fresh and the staff, Adriana and Xander were so kind, helpful, friendly and accommodating, despite the very, very heavy volume of orders being processed. Give these guys a raise or a promotion!

I ordered a pizza online directly from Pizza Hut for delivery. The pizza was to be delivered in 25-30 minutes. After 45 minutes I called and spoke to the manager who said the pizza was waiting for a “Dasher” which is apparently who the store uses for delivery. After being told I did not want a cold pizza delivered they offered to remake the pizza in hopes a driver would show. After I asked them to cancel the order I received a message notifying me a DoorDash driver was on the way to pick up and deliver the pizza. When the driver arrived the store was closed and he was told the order was cancelled. In the end, after waiting over an hour and going back and forth as to whether a pizza would be delivered or not, I never got a pizza. This is unacceptable and I will not be ordering here again!
Third time in row that my order is missing something, this time did not get the sauces that I paid for, the worst costumer service ever, the dispatcher said nothing I can do

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a cheese stick. I got the pizza but never the cheese sticks. The person who brought me the order says that they never gave him the cheese sticks. He told us that we had to call Pizza Hut because they only gave him the pizzas. I called and they said that they couldn't do anything about it. In conclusion, a pepperoni pizza cost me $43.29. This is terrible. Don't buy there. The manager says that it wasn't her problem and that she couldn't do anything. That place is not trustworthy. I would like to give it a zero star because they don't even deserve 1.

FOH Staff has no personality. Young lady at the front seemed to want to be anywhere else rather than here. Miserable experience in the building. At least the food was decent.
