our recent dining experience was quite disappointing. After a long day of travel, my family and I were looking for a relaxing meal. I placed a pickup order online that indicated it was ready, but when we arrived, it became clear it wasn't. We chose to dine in, hoping for a quicker solution, but were met with unhelpful staff. We were not allowed to sit in a booth and were instead seated at an uncomfortable table near the front. The wait for our food was another 15 minutes, and the overall service was the most frustrating part. We were ignored when we asked for water, so we paid for drinks that were only brought to our table as we were finishing our food. The staff seemed unwilling to help us, and their demeanor was rude and unwelcoming. It's a shame because the uber deal was good and the food itself was surprisingly good, but the poor service ruined our meal. I hope the management can address these issues with their team, it felt like they hate their job and were annoyed by our presence.

I literally get exactly what I order from pizza hut .... Every time... Don't get me wrong, they occasionally are out of an ingredient or two but the quality is always the same. I really appreciate that and that's why PH will always be my go to. A special shout out to the West Colonial and Hiawassee location. From the management on down, they get me in and out with a smile.... See you next Tuesday!

Ordered pizzas online at 7:20. Expected pickup time was at 7:40. Walked in at 7:42, gave name and was told my order wasn’t ready yet. Opened email from Pizza Hut, clicked the “Where’s My Order” link, and it tells me my order is complete. It’s now after 8:00 pm and I’m still waiting on my food.was told at 7:55 it was just going into the oven. I’m regretting tipping ahead of time. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Ordered pizza, it was never delivered. Called for a refund. Manager said they would remake order, but we insisted on a refund since it was now 2 hrs past. We called multiple times after it was 1 hour overdue.

Visiting from the UK, this store is located across from out apartment and it was relatively quiet when we entered. It took 1 hour and 35 minutes for the 3 small pizzas we ordered to arrive at our table, there was only 1 server on who was very polite and apologetic but still not good enough. Shame because the pizzas were lovely.

Should be voted worlds slowest Pizza Hut Ever. Don't ever come here if you are expecting quick service. Most workers too busy on their phones. Not ever checking names. I ordered 45 Mins in advance. Was told my order was ready. But still had to wait 30 additional minutes just for a single pizza to be made. This store lacks professionalism, lacks speed, and lacks care. Honestly best avoid this place like the plague. Unless you like waiting over an hour for your order to get to you cold because they more about their phones then they do your service needs

Note: Kudos to the young African American lady that works the night shift! She was holding the place down by herself that evening, but she could use some more help!
