I had a carry out order.When I picked it up the manager came up and asked me if I had time to wait for another pizza. They had a new cook and the pizza was missing cheese in a small section of the pizza. She showed me the pizza it looked fine to me.

First time I went I thought I got bad service but was surprisingly great compared to the 2nd time. Reached late was told 2 and 8 year old have to sit at the bar we refused.. then the whole process from picking up menu, to glasses to pre paying for pizza to picking up plates and then being served in a box. In short expect to do all the work yourself if going late. Terrible service

Placed an order at 7 for delivery asap was given a wait of an hour, long but ok. An hour and a half pass and no pizza give them a call only to get put on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up and called again then get " transferred to a manager" on hold for another 20 minutes so hung up. 2 and a half hour later and no pizza.

Order took 15 min longer than quoted. Had to add an appetizer to the order and that took another 30 min. It’s got a sit down area as well. How can an appetizer take that long to make other than they are disorganized? When we asked about the time it was a lot of shrugging and “5 minutes” quotes. Abject failure today, will not be back. There are tons of options in the area better. This is what we get for trying to be economical!

Restaurant is clean, other than that this Pizza Hut is off. I Ordered original pan pizza got the hand tossed I didn’t say anything I’m not going to waste a whole pizza . But then eating the pizza all the crust kept falling apart. Then be very careful we ordered 2, Diet Pepsi fountain drinks on the bill it came to $8.50. $4.25 for one fountain drink that’s crazy, a 20 ounce bottle on menu is $2.49 and a 2 liter bottle is $3.99. Realized after bill came the fountain drink prices are not on the menu, that’s super shady to me.

First time there and honestly it was amazing. I have never had pizza hut before and it honestly left a big impression on me. Will definitely eat pizza hut again. And the sweet lady(Vanessa) attended us perfectly.She was outstanding and very respectful, truly a sweet soul. The food was hot and ready, everything was honestly amazing for a first impression.Parking: As soon as we arrived it was empty and when we went in they were still nice and paying attention, Everything was clean and well put I was honestly shocked there wasn't more people. More people need to hear about this.
