Placed an order online for pick up at 8:15. I arrive at 8:20. I am standing there with no acknowledgement. While a foul mouthed supervisor or manager is cursing up a storm instructing an employee on how to sweep a floor while 2 of us are waiting for an order. Also telling the employee I have 10 kids and they never learn. Why in the heck do I need to hear your foul mouth and about your 10 kids. When I asked for service I was met with a sarcastic you have to wait sir and patience is a virtue. Never again. Disgusting employees and management.

I always get the personal box . Always good never fails . The only thing that always gets me is they don’t have the season for the fries . They originally said it’s because they haven’t received it on the order/truck but that was months ago and still same thing . Pizza is banging but them fries need the seasoning . Please get it. Other than that employees are great ! Always got good attitude, always helpful . Foods never late .

Today, July 2nd 2025, I ordered by phone, carry out. 15 minutes later, I arrived to pick up my large pepperoni and sausage. The order was never made. I had a feeling this order was going to be a problem. When I called to make the order, there was a lot of carrying on in the background. The person taking my order could hardly hear me enough to get it right. But, after repeating myself several times, I did place my order. When I arrived, no one from the staff came to the front to take my payment for several minutes. Only after another employee that was making orders prompted the cashier to check the front, did she. But, only after finishing her conversation. I must say, I love pizza huts pizza. But, today, not so much! I left with no apology, no offer to make it right, and no pizza.

Ordered delivery at 5:30pm & said it would be delivered at 6pm. Got a text saying “pizza is not ready” at 5:50pm. It is now 6:48pm, have not received any food or even a text or call telling me it would be a longer wait…

Ordered delivery and they never delivered it or called me to tell me they couldn’t. I waited 40 minutes until i called them to ask where my food was at and then they told me they were unable to and were very rude i would not recommend,terrible customer service 👎

Ordered a family box with two pizzas, a pasta, and cheese sticks. The pizza came extremely dry and one of the pizzas was supposed to come with extra sauce— it didn’t come with any sauce at all. This was a very pricey meal. When I called to get a replacement for the one pizza the man said “I don’t know what you mean by ‘dry’, I don’t get it”. And when I explained what I meant, he said “well even if we did remake it it would end up the same.” When I asked him what he said he said “nothing, nevermind”.
I appreciate them sending out a new one and remaking the pizza that was made wrong, I don’t, however, appreciate the attitude.
EDITED to add a picture of both pizzas. Both apparently fresh but the new one was WAYYY better. (The left one).

This is my go to pizza place.. it is always fresh and delicious.. it reminds me of the hut back in the day on beach blvd at pottsburg creek.. it has old style freshness.. my place of employment ordered a few pies from the hut near sanmarco and it was no where near as good at this one..
I did have some issues with my order of pizza, wings and fries but the manager/Jeffrey was very apologetic and kind enough to remake my order and ensured everything was cooked to perfection.

A typical Pizza hut, I recommend Carry-out to check on the freshness of it. Some days it's top tier and others They mess the order up or taste like your just eating salted bread. The customer service was nice though

I usually order pizza every Friday for my kids. And I used to love coming here because they are quick and convenient as a single father of three and on my way home. But the last three Fridays, they have messed up my order all three times. The first time they gave me someone else’s order with a different name on the receipt. The second two times they got the toppings wrong. And they forgot to put stuffed crust on my second order and gave me a regular crust pizza. After the third time I got upset. Told the young man at the counter, he looked confused didn’t know where to look. After five minutes of waiting I left. Three strikes and I’m done. Never coming back to this location again.
