Ordered delivery and it was disappointing. We splurged on getting pizza for a date night and spent a good bit on 2 pizzas, even got the stuffed crust, but it was lacking in sauce, toppings, flavor, and cheese. Like I held up the slice and could see through it and had to look if there was any sauce. The stuffed crust was more like a little bit of cheese in a hollow crust. The pizza overall was very thin and underwhelming.

It was pricier than the competitors in the area and was the worst out of them.

Just to go in and pickup your order, the tiny lobby is packed with food delivery drivers. They should be asked to wait outside so patrons can actually grab the food we order and actually pick up ourselves. Pizza was fresh and good.

Ordered a large pizza for delivery. It arrived in a timely manner and tasted about as expected, but upon measuring the pizza it only measured 13 inches. Their website’s lists a large as 14 inches. After paying 30 bucks for a single pizza and delivery fee (before tip), I’m pretty bummed it wasn’t the size ordered (difference in area about 85 square inches between a 13 inch pizza (530 square inches) and a 14 inch pizza (615 square inches), or 13% smaller). It seems petty to actually do the measurements and then do the math but after looking at it, feeling it felt off, grabbing a couple slices, and still feeling it felt smaller than the last time I ordered a large, I broke out the tape measure.

As with many they use doordash for delivery now. So extra fees and of course worst delivery service ever. I have literally never had a single order correct with doordash and now im unknowingly paying for them to deliver.
Well as predicted when I found out it was doordash delivering my order is incorrect. It's so hard to get the service you pay for these days.
Im rating a 1 star for using doordash and charging me for that service and sending a complete wrong order.

Placed an order online for pick up at 8:15. I arrive at 8:20. I am standing there with no acknowledgement. While a foul mouthed supervisor or manager is cursing up a storm instructing an employee on how to sweep a floor while 2 of us are waiting for an order. Also telling the employee I have 10 kids and they never learn. Why in the heck do I need to hear your foul mouth and about your 10 kids. When I asked for service I was met with a sarcastic you have to wait sir and patience is a virtue. Never again. Disgusting employees and management.

I always get the personal box . Always good never fails . The only thing that always gets me is they don’t have the season for the fries . They originally said it’s because they haven’t received it on the order/truck but that was months ago and still same thing . Pizza is banging but them fries need the seasoning . Please get it. Other than that employees are great ! Always got good attitude, always helpful . Foods never late .

Today, July 2nd 2025, I ordered by phone, carry out. 15 minutes later, I arrived to pick up my large pepperoni and sausage. The order was never made. I had a feeling this order was going to be a problem. When I called to make the order, there was a lot of carrying on in the background. The person taking my order could hardly hear me enough to get it right. But, after repeating myself several times, I did place my order. When I arrived, no one from the staff came to the front to take my payment for several minutes. Only after another employee that was making orders prompted the cashier to check the front, did she. But, only after finishing her conversation. I must say, I love pizza huts pizza. But, today, not so much! I left with no apology, no offer to make it right, and no pizza.

Ordered delivery at 5:30pm & said it would be delivered at 6pm. Got a text saying “pizza is not ready” at 5:50pm. It is now 6:48pm, have not received any food or even a text or call telling me it would be a longer wait…

Ordered delivery and they never delivered it or called me to tell me they couldn’t. I waited 40 minutes until i called them to ask where my food was at and then they told me they were unable to and were very rude i would not recommend,terrible customer service 👎

Ordered a family box with two pizzas, a pasta, and cheese sticks. The pizza came extremely dry and one of the pizzas was supposed to come with extra sauce— it didn’t come with any sauce at all. This was a very pricey meal. When I called to get a replacement for the one pizza the man said “I don’t know what you mean by ‘dry’, I don’t get it”. And when I explained what I meant, he said “well even if we did remake it it would end up the same.” When I asked him what he said he said “nothing, nevermind”.

I appreciate them sending out a new one and remaking the pizza that was made wrong, I don’t, however, appreciate the attitude.

EDITED to add a picture of both pizzas. Both apparently fresh but the new one was WAYYY better. (The left one).
