The cheese was way off tonight. Was the consistency of cottage cheese. I called to inquire and ultimately was hung up on. Not sure what I ate but will not likely return.

Wish there was another location closer to order from. I placed an order online for delivery, typed in address and driver tip. Call after the delivery time passed, spoke to someone and confirmed it was set for delivery...Wait another 20 minutes, call back and get told it's set for carry out. I asked why would it ask me for a delivery address if its carry out? - why would it have me add a driver tip if its carryout. Response from location is they can deliver it but it will be $5 fee. Really? Terrible - can't seem to get the correct answer - it's always different stories every time I call. Not the first time this has happened either but when this is what people want you have to order......

Asked to leave at door on online ordering but when delivered i heard the loudest knock of my life not once but twice. I just didn’t want to wake up the kids. Just call next time or text saying it’s at the door. I also couldn’t make out what the driver was saying at the door but he seemed as if he was irritated even though I asked for it to be put at the door…

I am extremely frustrated.. Pizza Hut apparently doesn’t answer the phone at the store. I am currently on hold for the 6th phone call as we have not gotten our whole order and I was double charged!! Trying not to be enraged over a pizza but this is ridiculous!!
These people don't answer their phone, they're an hour late on the delivery and I've had no feed back. this is ridiculous. We're starving I've been on hold for 30 minutes.Edit- was 30 minutes. now waiting for 1 hour

This is by far the BEST PIZZA HUT FOR MELTS !! I have been to 3 other Pizza Hut's and this one is awesome! I go there at least 3 times a week ! The employees are awesome as well .

I Order what I normally order 2 New York Pizzas and Dbl order breadsticks, I received my order ,and NO PEPPERONNI ,I called the store and they said I reached the call center, Which I know is a Lie after that I called again, no answer, Called again no answer ,very poor service. Should have ordered Dominos.
