I placed an order over the phone and repeated my order twice. Now I know they could have been busy or understaffed but the fact that this one kid blonde tall don’t know if his name is the one on the receipt konion or something was just plain rude. I said my name he comes and charges me no problem I asked if I could grab my drink since I specifically ordered one he said u didn’t order a drink but whatever just take it. Um he was definitely not the one that took my order the other guy had an accent. Then I look at the receipt and one of my pizzas were wrong again he goes that’s what u ordered. Again no I didn’t but again how would u know if u never spoke to me. He could of just said oh ok let me fix that it’s not like he was giving it to me for free or my pizza was going to cost more then what I paid if anything it was less.

We were planning to have their pizza tonight, but due to the website not saying anything about their location being out of medium pan tossed pizza ruined that. They call after we placed the order and Aiden suggested the large pan tossed pizza instead which was fine until they said there would be an uncharge of over $10 a pizza! We were ordering two of the $7 medium pan tossed and they wanted to add another $21 to my original total! For a mistake not on our end. Canceled that order.

I called back to back 4x to place a order due to operators hung up by transferring me to the store. Then the store employed hangs up on me cause they can't find my address when they deliver to me all the time. Instead of getting a manager for help she hangs up on me. Pretty ridiculous. Shouldn't be this complicated to order pizza.

It feels pretty to leave a 1 star review for a franchise chain nobody to be anything but "food" but this location cannot get a damn thing right.I've tried pick up, ordering through the website, using third party apps and there is always a problem. Missing items ice cold fold and I don't think I've ever gotten a 2 liter I requested from this location.I understand that this is likely a very high volume store but you think you'd get it right at least some of the time right?
I hate to write reviews especially when they need to be bad. I would highly reconsider if you plan to order delivery or through a food service app. The personal sized pizza was delivered to my house the box had no seals or stickers on it in fact had nothing keeping it closed and was slightly open. It was not in a bag or sealed at all. I picked up my pizza so excited for my over priced delivery when to my surprise a huge cockroach came climbing out of the box and is now hiding in my house. I was naturally really disgusted at this and didn’t feel like eating the pizza. I wasted money on something and couldn’t enjoy it due to negligence not following proper food contamination procedures. I opened the box to examine the pizza and was so hungry I thought about taking a bite when an ant came into view. I tried to call the restaurant no response as they were closing soon and were too busy to answer or provide any refund. This experience made me never want to order from them again unless I pick up the food and even then I don’t get how they can deliver food like this it cannot be legal to not have any dealing on the food or anything.

i love pizza hut i always get a thin and cripsy large pepperoni with 8 bonless wings i love it today hunter and robert where great friends i made they where so welcoming and friendly and overall great service give them a raise??

Under New Management yay ? They got rid of the old manager who didn't care and food was terrible, service was terrible. This time food was great and manager was very kind and professional.

Amanda the new manager is TERRIBLE. Absolute trash! She is rude, has a nasty attitude, and lacks any type of customer service. She refused to honor something a previous manager put on my account simply because she’s the new manager. I will not be frequenting this location anymore. She is horrible!!!

I have never had a bad pizza from here! I only wish they weren’t understaffed because they can have you waiting for some time before someone comes from the back! Pizza is always well done & delicious.
