I ordered two pan pizzas they didn't have hardly in cheese on them it tasted like plan bread wasnt fresh all for the money spent and tipped i gave the driver $25 😡😡😡😡

Was giving the wrong pizza didn't check until I got home brang it back & the manager on duty I believe her name was Alicia not only handled the situation with the upmost respect she also has great customer service skills!! She was working hard she deserves a raise!!

First of all... They now use door dash for delivery lol that's great! I wait an hr for pizza. Got a text he was outside I open door and walk outside bc I have rotties and it's just easier. He pulls away with my food. I will never order Fri. Pizza hut again. Pap johns would never. This is my 4th incident with pizza hut and it's a no for me! These companiea are going down hill and this is why!!!

I placed an order over the phone and repeated my order twice. Now I know they could have been busy or understaffed but the fact that this one kid blonde tall don’t know if his name is the one on the receipt konion or something was just plain rude. I said my name he comes and charges me no problem I asked if I could grab my drink since I specifically ordered one he said u didn’t order a drink but whatever just take it. Um he was definitely not the one that took my order the other guy had an accent. Then I look at the receipt and one of my pizzas were wrong again he goes that’s what u ordered. Again no I didn’t but again how would u know if u never spoke to me. He could of just said oh ok let me fix that it’s not like he was giving it to me for free or my pizza was going to cost more then what I paid if anything it was less.
