An hour later on the delivery of my kids pizza. Did not have a driver is what the store stated. Don’t take orders online if your short staffed guys .

My pizza tasted gross and needed to be microwaved when I got it as it wasn't even room temperature. The breadsticks were burnt with no garlic topping and even marinara sauce didn't help. I ordered a Seagram's Ginger Ale 2 liter and got a Sprite version 2 liter called Starry. Not what I ordered, arrived late, burnt and gross. Never again

1. Normally I don't eat wings so I had a. question about the sauces when I asked the clerk he sarcastically started reading the options .
2. the order only had 10 Wings and I paid for a 12 PC .
In general a very bad experience.

I got a personal pan pizza. No cheese. SO HAPPY to see they gave me enough veggies to cover the surface of the pizza, without asking! It is like they thought it through, and realized I wasn't getting the cheese, and made up for it! THANK YOU! Best pizza I've gotten here in years!

I go to this Pizza Hut often and my experience with them has been positive so far, I order online using the app, I liked because I can use the locals deals and coupons and the convenience to order and Pay ahead. also like this location because it's next to Jeremiah's ice and have seats picnic tables outside, sometimes I go with my daughter for some pizza and Ice cream. Recommended

Ordered buffalo boneless buffalo which came with barely any sauce, I ordered bone in bbq which they only gave me drums and the ranch I ordered came with a hole in it. I called in to see if they can replace which they did but towards the end of the call I tried to thank the manager for attempting to fix my order which he rudely hung up on me . My new order arrived but this time the boneless wings STILL barely had any sauce . The bbq bone in they gave 2 flats this time, and the ranch was the only thing they did right. Would not order here again

The stupidity of the employee that's can't understand anything on the phone and the way he speaks please have better customer service ! It sounds like he wants to turn me away ! Update : received my pizza just to see that's it wasn't cut properly and it's been burnt !!!

I called here to place a delivery order of 12 piece wing and a six piece. Ashley was obviously new cause she was the worse. First she said the register wasn't operating correctly, the button 5 didn't work so that was an issue. She put me on hold 4 times to check things on my order and then lost me on the call, I had to call back and she responded that something was wrong with phone. End of call she asked if I'm picking up; I'm like what we just went through this, hence me giving address. Finally charged my card, I happened to look at my account she charged it again for a higher price without notifying me with a return phone call. Joesph the manager says big sorry and offered me a $10 in store credit, like that is going to help me when my bank charges me overdraft fee of my bills bounce....

Not the greatest Pizza Hut I've experienced. I'm going to blame it on the fact that it is Super Bowl Sunday. My husband called in the order for me to pick up. Per usual the place was packed. We ordered a sausage and pepperoni $10.00 box which comes with the pizza , breadsticks, and cinna sticks. The first straw was I asked the cashier for cheese and pepper for my pizza. She told me the cost would be $1.00 per item. Which is absolutely ridiculous sending in how I purchased a pizza. Once I arrived home, and took a bite out of my breadstick. It was stale and cold I tried to psych myself out and eat it with marinara sauce praying the hotness would offset the cold breadstick and the sauce was freezing cold as well. The pizza was mediocre. The cinna Sticks were worse and H had to throw them in the oven. I am very disappointed. I get it's Super Bowl weekend- but HIRE more help. The quality shouldn't go down!!!!
