I recently visited one of your locations and ordered two personal pan pizzas and one order of breadsticks. With this order, I received only one marinara sauce. When I asked for an additional sauce—since one small container isn’t nearly enough for a full order of breadsticks—I was told it would cost $0.80 extra.
While I did pay the fee, I found this frustrating. Given the portion size of the breadsticks, one marinara simply isn’t sufficient. It’s disappointing to be charged extra for what should reasonably be included with the order.
Additionally, the cashier’s response lacked courtesy and understanding. I believe this could have been handled more thoughtfully.
I’ve always appreciated Pizza Hut’s service and quality, but experiences like this can make customers feel nickeled and dimed. I hope you’ll reconsider your sauce policy and better train staff on how to handle these situations with care and professionalism.

I ordered from here at 11pm and did not receive my delivery. It is now 12:35 in the morning and still no update on my food. the store is closed now so when I tried to call nobody answered. I would never order from this place again & compensation for my time wasted.

The place is going down to hell... Pizza is always undercooked, and when they sell out of dough, they won't make it up to you. Any alteration to the "deal", even if it's their fault (such as running out of dough!), you'll need to pay extra... WHAT?!?! This happened multiple times already. They were also very rude on the phone.

Do not order delivery from here. They will get it wrong. They contract out door dash now and since that out of 2 orders both have been wrong. Then you call back and they just hang up on you when you say you aren't placing an order.

Pizza was delivered 45 minutes after our scheduled delivery time. Pizza was cold and toppings, including sauce were minimal. Do not order from here as they outsource to DoorDash. This is the third time our delivery was 30+ minutes late from our scheduled delivery time.
This is the second time in about a year that ive ordered from this avalon location... second time my pizzas came delivered with raw dough. I thought after a year that it was an isolated incident. The delivery driver was very nice & the lady i spoke to about the order was nice & gave me 20$ towards my order however that only covered the tip, taxes & delivery fee i paid for a 90$ order. Good luck ordering there ... its prob best to just order in person so any issues can be taken care of immediately. I do not recommend delivery

Really aggravated ! Order online and it took my money but didn’t get an order confirmation call the store & they said that happens a lot . There should be a notification about that , because that was my last few dollars and now I have to wait 2 days from my bank for their mistake
