Called in an order and after I received my total I felt it was overpriced, so I waited to go to the actual store and speak to someone there. Once I arrived I realized there was a menu on display at the front by the counter and sure enough the math wasn’t adding up. I asked why my order was over X amount when it was a couple of dollars off not cents and the sweet young lady called for her manager. The manager reentered the order and stated the price difference the price she’s ringing it’s what’s in the system, so I pointed out that the menu states otherwise and it’s false advertisement, so she insisted that it’s incorrect and in the system it’s higher, so I said it was false advertisement then and asked if you could comply with what’s presented to mot only me but other customers? She said no! That’s what’s in my system. She also stated that online was the same and I said it wasn’t, so she rudely stated maybe you should order online. She grabbed the menu in display and didn’t comply with what was in black and white. Needless to say I left half my order as a very unhappy customer and will not be returning here again. Pizza hut is loosing a lot of business and part of it is in my opinion of the poor management. What would have costed her to comply with the menu on display? Bad business!

Someone at this location is stealing customers credit card information and charging them for online orders at Walmart and other restaurants. I’ve had this happen 3 times in the last 4 months. I used a card that I do not use very often. I used it at this location. The next day I see a $270 charge. I call the bank, report it and get a new card. A couple of weeks same thing. I used my card at this location on 03/25/24 and yet again I have charges on my card. Beware of this location they have criminals working here. Use cash
The staff is friendly and the food is always on time and consistent.. the young man gave my grandson another little sticker that he picked out of a bucket.. above and beyond.. it’s the little things that matters.. Ty

Customer service is always good. Very friendly and cordial. Normally never had an issue before except with my most recent where the both medium pizzas I ordered were a bit over cooked. The cheese was a little harder than usual. But due to my overall experience. As I've ordered pizza at this location for the past 3yrs. This one incident won't stop me from continuing to using their services.
