Terrible customer service! I ordered a pizza through the app and called the store an hour and a half later to check on it. Nobody had a clue, and they left me on hold for over 30 minutes. The pizza finally showed up 2.5 hours later, and the delivery guy charged me again in cash, taking advantage of the fact that my son answered the door. Since then, I’ve been trying to reach the store but it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone—every attempt keeps me on hold for over 20 minutes. Awful experience!

Nearly $40 with delivery fees. Ordered a large stuffed crust with extra cheese and 2 extra Marinaras. Burnt soggy bread and missing sauces. No extra cheese and just gross. Papa John's, Domino's and any local places much much better.

I'm from NYC, the servers at this Pizzahut located on Nacoosee Rd. are the finest. My experience was very pleasant, and they went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, even though I didn't have a clue. So thank you guys for your patience. 👍

This "Deal" is not worth it. The dough was super thin, it looked like frozen pizzas from Walmart and on top of that I order it with bacon and pepperroni. I never saw the bacon and they charged for it, as can be seen on my receipt. The cheese and bacon sticks, like the cinnamon sticks, were never chopped or divided. They just put the piece there and that's it. The worst experience at any pizza hut. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Fake promo. The Triple treat promo that they have, the price is not true, it’s supposed to be $19.99 and the real price is subtotal $22.99 and the final price is $24.48 I told the teller and he told me, that was the real price $22.99, so please stop lying to the customers offering $19.99. Shame on you guys.

The store is supposed to open at 10:30am, right? I placed an order through the website around 11:30am.10 minutes later, I get a call from the store saying they can't fulfill the order because "the dough wasn't ready and it won't be ready for an hour or two." I mentioned that I don't mind waiting until the dough is ready and until they can drop the delivery. Apparently, Pizza Hut has a partnership with DoorDash, and the order had to be canceled. That was disappointing.
I miss the old Pizza Hut, I really do.

So, I'm a bit confused. Now, pizza hut is sending their deliveries out with door dash drivers? I don't normally door dash,as I've seen how some of the people handle the food they are delivering. I ordered from Pizza Hut directly this evening. It was delivered from door dash, not in a warm bag, under a pile of other orders, under a ladies feet, when she pulled up. I feel like choosing door dash should be the customers decision.

Pizza Hut Drivers and staff need to read the receipt before they leave on the delivery it has been 5 times already this past quarter the Narcoossee store has forgotten the soda we order. Today's oder 7/5/24 we decided for them to bring it since last time they even forgot the refund. Driver said she ask the guy twice, well is on the receipt as well why she did not read it. My suggestion is that the driver keeps sodas in her car for the just in case and to please read the order.
