I'm never getting pizza delivered from here again. It's funny...I just went to the Restaurant and had a personal pan with my son. It was great. But tonight the pizza tasted like it had been sitting out and they just warmed it up a little. I'm so disappointed and tempted to call and complain but I'll jus leave this review and let you decide if you want to deliver from here. I would NOT recommend this Pizza Hut for delivery. Go to the actual restaurant during the day if you want decent pizza. Geez..I hate leaving reviews like this

I work for Pizza Hut and yes some mangers are not the best and rude but it happens what do you expect and this is coming from the cook who makes food for you guys as the customer it gets stressful and we get a over load of orders and it takes time. And as for the drivers we get short handed if it's such a big deal order curry out or Ubereats don't get made because one driver took to long like I said it happens we have drivers go on four deliveries at one time. These negative reviews are not really necessary. That's how the company looses business and is as employees loose our jobs.

This was the absolute worst experience I've had in a restaurant. I came in with my family for the buffet and they were super rude, the pizza was stale & they turned everything off at 2pm and they were basically waiting for us to leave. I didn't know it closed so early so we had to rush & when we asked for pasta they told us to wait & it was just a mess. I don't recommend this place what so ever.

So tonight I was craving my favorite Hawaiian pizza crispy crust and a meat lovers for the kiddos. We ordered like usual delivery. We still have only recieved an, "insert name here" we are sorry for your expierence letter from corporate letting us know that someone will be in contact with is from the store. And no real apology for the last expierence, but I can say that tonight was a win! I would give it 5 stars of the manager robert would just call us and say he is sorry for having an off night a few weeks ago. These two pizzas were perfection, perfectly crisp, toppings were over the top chocked full, it looked like a picture perfect pizza to me. The driver called to let us know he was here and called to make sure he was at the right house and we ate our pizza in RECORD time for this store. I hate complaining, but maybe my complaint did not fall on deaf ears, maybe this manager is making strides to better customer service? Seems like it. This pizza was the prettiest, tastiest, most perfect crust we have ever seen from pizza hut, maybe this is the managers way of saying sorry? It was great. I look forward to continuing my business to this company, if they can deliver like this every time. Holding people to a standard is not being a picky person, I never ask for anything for free, and I think my feeback was useful. Even if no one ever contacted me. (It would be nice)

Had not been to a Pizza Hut lunch buffet in years. Was wonderful. Salad brought to the table. No salad bar but good salad. Fresh. Loved the Italian flavor to pizza offerings. Thin crust. Will return. Excellent. Tasted spicy like pizza should.

I've ordered through the Pizza Hut website for pickup here several times. The reason for the 2 stars is that when I got there, I've always had to wait significantly longer than the pick up time that was given to me at the time of order. In comparison, the food at Papa Johns always seems to be ready when they say it will be. Other than that, the food is what you would expect for a Pizza Hut.

Still a Pizza Hut! lol Anyone remember the 45 minute wait, no refill policy unless you picked up a pitcher, and Tron in the corner? That's what I think of when I think of Pizza Hut. These days, it's usually just personal pan pizzas for the little one. She Loves those things; there's something honestly delicious about a good personal pan pizza. Every now and then, we go for a pie. Honestly, there's too many places to get pizza around here; there's like something close to thirty places within three miles so even the commercial chains tend to be on point. And this one's pretty good. We strike gold here. For example, this week's pizza was a perfect example. Yes, that perfect Pizza Hut balance of buttery, crispy, with the nice doughy bite component to it. Just cooked perfectly. Honestly, couldn't have imagined it any better. You probably wouldn't think so from the frustratingly lame service or the tired location but often enough the pizza here is wholly satisfying. I wouldn't do the buffet but the price's certainly appealing.

I went March of this year on a Friday night and while it wasn't busy (about 5 other groups), there was only one waitress (Cathy) for the whole floor. Fortunately she was fast with and efficient with her service, not forgetting about the diners even if she was working by herself. She made sure everyone had equal attention, and even gave us free drinks as an apology for any slowness in the service. The food itself was your typical pizza hut pizza. Hopefully they hire more staff, which cans steer people away
Its pizza hut. They have good pizza and good price. Way better buffet versus Cici. Id recommend it to friends and right now you. I would also point out how quick the service is and how friendly the staff are.

Went to Pizza Hut today for lunch only because it was 499 special my son and I ate at 499 if purchased every drink I don't drink soda I had water so instead of them giving me the 499 special he charge me the 599 and then he argued with me about it I asked him but he don't drink soda you're still going to be charge and he said yes so they're charging me a dollar for water that's out rages I will not be back there

I never had a pizza so bad as the one delivered today from this Pizza Hut location. The pizza tasted like it was stale, old, ice cold, and like there was barely any sauce. When trying to call the store location for a refund, we waited on hold for 20 (not exaggerated) minutes listening to the worst hold music and message, and were not able to reach anybody. Never had this problem with any other pizza chain, and this has literally left a sick feeling in all of our stomachs.

Buffet is not replenished or maintained. Been to the lunch bufet frequently. Each visit is the same regardless of who is working or crowd size. On this particular visit I spent 45 minutes in the Hut. There have been 4 tables with a total of 11 customers walk out because the buffet is not stocked.

When it comes to chains, Pizza Hut has always been my favorite..This is one of the very few dine-in locations left around here, as well as one with a lunch buffet One star removed for no salad bar on the buffet like the Florida Mall location has (Possibly the only other dine in/buffet in Orlando?) , but despite the selection being pretty small, it's great quality unlike that Cici's Pizza trash..and the staff have always been happy to take special requests of mine & put whatever style & toppings I ask for up on the table. There have been times when they were short staffed & service a bit slow, but they recently seemed to have hired more crew..and no matter what the case has been, they have always went out of there way to make sure the customers have been satisfied
