I have been coming to this location for years. I love the contactless pick up option now! I love the decor inside, the pizza is always accurate, and the staff is friendly. The beyond sausage was FANTASTIC!!

I moved to Orlando recently, since I still have no kitchen supplies I have been ordering food all month. For fun, I have been asking for a joke on my special delivery instructions... so far these guys are the only ones to notice and wrote a joke on my pizza box. These people are awesome! I just moved to Orlando, and maybe Pizza Hut is average, but their sense of humor has led me yo make the decision of making them my preferred pizza vendor. I won't order pizza anywhere else. High five to their whole team.

Our family is a big fan of this location. We only order delivery and that's what this review is based on: For the past two years our family has had some crazy schedules. Between work, doctors appointments and little ones extra curricular activities there are times where we just need a break from eating out or cooking at home. This Pizza Hut location has always shown up in a big way. We know it's about a 45 minute turn over so we usually order through the app ahead of time. Now that we are safe at home there is a contactless payment method and it's really cool because the driver stays away while your pizza is on a mount for you to pick up. The manager Rob has excellent customer service skills when we ran into a snag one night with the way our delivery came out. He immediately offered to remake it and get it out to us. It felt nice that he understood where we coming from and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. All in all we are happy this store is our designated delivery shop and the great service we receive here.

Had a great carryout contactless experience here since their dine in is closed. Manager informed me that buffet was being removed. Sucks but hey. They still make a great stuffed crust. Pretty sure all buffets in the entire Orlando area have been shut down since Spring...

So for the last week, I've been coming here to dine in and its been amazing with the staff and service. Me and the elderly lady talked about the current events while I charged my phone and ate there. The cooks were great etc. Just tonight, I went there and it was a different woman than normal and some guy in the background with an apparent problem from the looks on his face. First off, I was told I couldn't see a regular size menu when all days prior I was able to and offered by the lady. Then, I was sitting down to charge my phone as usual and had a snack I was going to eat while waiting for my food. The guy with the ugly face comes out walking fast, asking if he could help me in front of other customers. I'm looking around confused and told him no that I was fine. He then asked why I was sitting. I'm like, because I'm a customer.... he said well you can't dine in, you can only charge your phone at this time. I'm like " why? I do this all the time." He walks away. I get my food from the woman and proceed to eat. After I finish my food, I continue to charge my phone, then he comes and tells me I need to leave. I ask why. It was only 9:45pm and they close at 11pm. He told me I was there too long. I asked if there was a time limit, and that I was still charging my phone before I left. It would only take a few more minutes. He said I didn't need to finish and that they were closed for dining. Why the hell didn't he just say that from the start I'd that was the case?! This piece of s*** turns out to be racist and I was the only one there he had an issue with. I wanted to cuss him out so bad but choose not to. I was so pissed that I made me an account strictly to write this review. I love the lady from previous days, but this a****** (who was the manager) was a racist piece of s****

Man, this place is as old as the hills but I love it. Excellent food served hot plus friendly service. I don't like that yoy have to request a key for the restroom but, given the location I understand the necessity. Weekday pizza buffet is so good!

The pizza has really gone downhill. I ordered carry out a thin crust sausage and cheese and it wasn't good. I ended up throwing out most of it. Also, they started charging $1.00 for a packet of Parmesan cheese!! I won't be going back anytime soon.
We dined in at this Pizza Hut after seeing a theater show. Anthony was wonderful. He was so attentive and friendly. we chose to order a dinner box and a salad. Our pizza came out hot and fresh, and the breadsticks were yummy. The cinnamon sticks were kept warm while we were eating.

We LOVE Pizza Hut. We LOVE when they have buffets. On the way back home, we saw the sign for BUFFET. We stopped by. We know the food was going to be good but the service was excellent! Ms Bettina was our waitress and she was the sweetest. We got there when they opened so they weren't busy, but the crowds were coming. She greeted us with a great a great smile. Even one of the other gentleman in the back was very friendly. She never skipped a beat and made sure our drinks were filled. She kept asking us if we needed anything. We asked if they could put plain cheese pizza because it's our 6yo's favorite. Not only did she make sure the order was in, she made sure she grabbed 3 slices and brought it to us. I mean...what a great sweet woman. When we visit Orlando, we will come visit this restaurant. The food was good. Everything looked clean. The bathroom was clean. Great place to eat. Look for Ms Bettina. She's the best!

I wanted to give this less stars, but the staff was deserving of more. Pizza was extremely greasy -- like wet on the bottom from the amount of grease. With that being said, there was one woman handling the entire restaurant, and her service was still very good. I just wish the pizza was better, but I honestly didn't have very high expectations going in.

My friend and I dine here at the buffet at least once per week. The staff here is wonderful! So friendly and great at what they do. I can’t say enough good things about them! When I had spoke with Cynthia, the regional manager, she, however, was extremely rude and didn’t seem to care about the overwhelming amount of black mold surrounding each of the vents on the ceiling. It’s disgusting. As of late, it appears that they have just painted over it in blotches instead of addressing the issue so that it doesn’t continue to happen. It’s a serious health hazard.
