Clean. Friendly staff. But! THEY ALWAYS GET YOUR ORDER WRONG I figured it was just a once or twice thing but its every single time. They forget items and charge you for them or even the other day, they forgot my taco and forgot to put MEAT in my crunchwrap?! It was just lettuce and sour cream. Wtf tired of this. Going to the one on university forever.

I absolutely love Taco Bell, it's my go to when I've had a good night. This particular time and this particular TB played the hell out of me. I walk in and I'm waiting to order for about 6 minutes as people are walking around in the back doing what they are supposed to be doing. Two people happen to see me, 1 nodded and the other kept doing whatever it is they were doing. I even hear someone say people are at front cash. Out of nowhere a girl comes up and says jokingly we're out of food. I don't crack a smile, she notices and immediately says the lobby is closed. The door was still unlocked and when I got in there lobby hours were not over. I just wanted a cheesy potato griller.

Pros: This place usually has good Tex Mex at a reasonable price, however tonight was totally off. The place was clean and the employees were nice, but the food and attention to detail was awful. Cons: - This was a drive thru order with multiple issues. - They were out of Caramel Apple Empanadas. - The Chalupas were soft and doughy. - They forgot to put sauce in the bag, and tacos aren't tacos without the sauce. - I ordered Cinnabons, however they weren't in the bag either. - I had to drive back and fourth a second time, so literally 40 minutes in the car dealing with Taco Bell this evening, and I still haven't had dinner. This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. I'm unashamed to say I've probably been here 50 times, and they have NEVER gotten my order wrong. I almost always do drive thru, and the people are so nice that it shocks me. I often do separate orders for my friend and I and they have no problem with it (some places are annoyed or get confused.) I've also ordered on the app lots of times to do complicated orders. They always have my order ready when I get there, and again, it's correct, regardless of how complicated it is. Overall, this is a solid Taco Bell.

I am APPALLED. I stopped at the drive through on my way home and ordered a supreme Doritos locos taco. Doesn't sound like a hard order, right? Thankful I still checked because of course and not to my surprise, somehow the order was wrong. I was given a Doritos locos Taco with ONLY lettuce and some cheese in it.......?! Things only get worse. I now have to waste my time going back through the drive through to have them fix my order and when I get to the window the manager is there. I politely explained that my Taco only had lettuce and cheese (still not sure why). With no response the Lady shut the window in my face and came back 3-5 minutes later with another bag. I said thank you and left thinking maybe she just had a bad day but thought it was nice of her to make me a new Taco and let me keep the other one. Well, I didn't check the bag this time. I get home to find that not only did I not get a correctly made taco, but she gave me a side of sour cream. That's ALL that was in my paper bag. A SIDE OF SOUR CREAM?! There was absolutely no one in the store at that point and there was no one in line. Pure and disappointing laziness that they couldn't even remake my single taco correctly and instead just gave me a side of sour cream (which still doesn't complete my correct taco order). I am at utter disbelieve that service can be that poor. Especially since my dad has worked for the Corporate part of Taco Bell for the last 5 years. You'll be hearing from us soon, you picked the wrong person to stiff on a taco.
