Today I ordered online and after delivery I realized my order was incorrect so I contacted my local Pizza Hut to rectify the situation. I was told delivery would take 30 min or more so I opted to pick up my order. I enter the establishment to be greeted by Alex Sykes. Alex gave me my pizza and I asked if he could open the pie to check my order was correct and instead I received a reply that he doesn't need to check. I felt it was necessary to check as I called earlier & the representative could not get my order straight. Alex then proceeded to speak to me in an elevated tone! He stated I had no right to be upset about my incorrect order or the inconvenience of having to pick it up after I paid for delivery! I asked if he spoke to customers in this manner and he began to point and yell that he is speaking to me in that manner! Alex continued yelling about how busy the store was & this is the reason for the wrong order! I am unhappy with the customer service I have received from the HUT!

This place is horrible, they had ZERO CURRY, L + RACIST + NOT DIVERSE ENOUGH + RICE NEEDED(sauce was good tho(rice would be nice)
