Ordered a Big Dinner Box. Was given the wrong order. Went back to the store for the right order and when I bit into the wing it was completely raw. “manager KIM” in the front desk had a horrible attitude and said I can only give you store credit and I can’t give a receipt to show the store credit. Second time I have had a horrible experience with the same front desk “manager”

I've been a customer here for 20+ years. There has been a distinct change over the past several months and I don't think I will be ordering from this location ever again. It doesn't matter if I order delivery or carry out, service is slow, multiple items missed from my order every single time and staff is NOT trained in customer service skills.
