They stopped using their own delivery service and started using DoorDash. I live in a gated community and drivers have to provide ID to get in, the first time, I had to drive to the gate to get my food because the driver didn’t have a drivers license. The second time, they didn’t even bother and my order went missing. I believe these door dashers aren’t supposed to actually be driving and are driving under someone else’s account. Either way, it’s irresponsible that Pizza Hut is letting these people drive and deliver food with no credentials.

Ordered 2 chicken Alfredo pasta online for delivery. I pay for delivery so I don’t have to leave my home after work. They send a DoorDash to deliver my food and when I receive it. They sent 2 cheese pasta! I drive to the store to bring the wrong order back and get it corrected.
Yes upset because I paid for delivery and tips for the delivery driver and still had to go to their store and wait an extra 20 mins for the food

If I could give zero stars I would. If I owned this business I would fire every single person and start over from scratch. I walked in and two boys are on their phones, when I called they used funny voice accents as if they didn’t care, and the pizza was not all that great-it’s as if it was not freshly made and they stuck it in the oven. Pizza does not cook that fast. My order was a tavern double pepperoni and an order of bread sticks with two marinara sauces. I accidentally put takeout instead of delivery and the tavern pizza was dry as If it didn’t get enough sauce. Pizza Hut needs a rebranding and a topping redo if they ever want to compete with papa John’s

I dont get the opportunity to order pizza anymore which is one of my favorite thing btw but the last couple times ive ordered from pizza hut the pizza is dry , lackluster...is there such a thing as bad pizza? I have such good memories of ordering and visiting the hut , its sad really ...very disappointing and these last two times im saddened and wish i had spent my money elsewhere. I hope i remember not to order from them anymore. Thumbs all the way down. Oh , but excellent delivery driver. Thank u sweetheart.

However, I am docking stars for this reason:
I ordered online and was picking it up. I couldn't complete the transaction until I filled in a tip.
Are you kidding me with this???
Maybe there was an option for no tip because I see no reason to tip if I am driving to the store myself and picking it up, but what if I had entered -0-? No tip because what I just said and also you haven't done anything yet... what if I hadn't left anything?
Worry about my order is what.
I'm not playing this game with restaurants ANYMORE.
