I ordered from this Pizza Hut Thur Uber Eats and pizza was not ready when they picked it up. Pizza was hard and looked burnt. Also it was not what I ordered. I was so disappointed this was for my child and my niece. It was not pleasant. I called and was on hold. And he said there was nothing that he could do since it was from Uber Eats.

I quit getting the pizzas here!, they are NEVER any good and too expensive for wrong orders! So last night 9/6/25 I decided to get just a simple order of 12 wings and a chocolate chip cookie! Dang if they get that order wrong! I got 6 wings and the cookie! So I paid $21 for 6 wings!! Then tried to call them!! No one answers the phone!! I am totally done with this so called Pizza Hut!!! Anyone can out pizza this place!! Then these restaurants wonder why they are going out of business!! I was a loyal customer spending $50 - $60 dollars a week!, but this place is just steadily going downhill!! I’ll take my business and money elsewhere!!

Ordered $55.31 worth of food on 6/10/2025. Pizza, pizza melt, bread sticks, were all burnt. Missing an order of bread sticks and dipping sauce. Called restaurant that night, went to call center, transfered to store. After an hour and a half wait with no one answering the phone, I hung up. No dinner that night since the food was beyond burnt. Contacted corporate pizza hut on 6/27/2025 and they said someone from management from the store would be contacting me in three days, it is now July 7 with no contact from anyone from that store. I WANT A REFUND! Would love to post pictures but can't figure out how to. This store sends out severely burnt food and items missing from orders. Do not order from them. Worst pizza hut experience ever.

EDIT 6/21: The breadsticks given was literally a circle bread not even half the portion that they are supposed to to give us. They said they ran out and that’s why. But they didn’t let us know or give any accommodations. We also had the boneless BBQ wings which literally had one squirt of sauce on it. It was probably the last of the bottle and they didn’t feel like getting more. We went in and had them fix it. I also ordered half Hawaiian and half cheese and only two slices were only cheese. This was yesterdays night shift
My girlfriend and I had the $25 meal deal. It was scrumptious! The perfect combo. Everything was made perfectly. We made the order, I went to pick it up 10 min after and it was ready.

Rude manager stay on the phone the whole time while I was trying to pick up my order I order my phone 20 minutes before I even got there and it was ready I was just rudely push to the side with the explanation of why it not done dirty kitchen

I have no idea how this place is in business. Believe in second chances, this place is A MESS! Delivery quality and customer service (if you can get a hold of a live person) is terrible. If there was less than one or a negative star, this is your place.
