I made an online order with an expected delivery time of 35-45 minutes. After an hour I called the store to get a status on my order, I was told they had to remake one of the items on my order and that it would be delivered in 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes I called the store and I was told the driver was about to deliver my food in a few minutes and was right down the road. After another 15 minutes, I called the store and no one answered. Called again and no one answered. Waited 20 more minutes, no answer at the store. After waiting over an hour and a half I decided to go to Little Caesar’s for pizza. While at Little Caesar’s (at the 2 hour mark) the delivery driver showed up to deliver the Pizza Hut order and was rude when my friend simply asked why it took so long. The food was cold and service was absolutely terrible. I called the store for a refund and was told they could only give me a store credit for the amount of the order ($52.15). I waited 3 weeks to make another order and was told that my credit was only $20 and they will not give me the full amount. This is not the way to do business and keep customers satisfied. I refused to take the $20 and will no longer be doing business with this location or any Pizza Hut.

I buy the dinner box and I receive the worst pizza you can imagine , the bread sticks was the worst and the chicken was not cook correctly was still frozen and the guy who help us did not want to refund the money definitely not buying fromPizza hut

I ordered a supreme pizza, pepperoni pizza and buffalo medium wings. Whoever was or is back there preparing the food because you tossed the heck out of my wings lol my food looks good and taste great! The delivery driver was very sweet and delivered my food with care.
Sometimes they wings are so amazing and sometimes there’s too buttery and oily and give you a stomach

I ordered online at 630pm. The delivery said it would be delivered at 725pm. Ok. At 745pm I called to see where my order was. First I was on hold for about 8 min. Then the person who answered the phone said the driver left with my order 5 minutes ago. I live 5 minutes from the store. Then finally at 815pm the driver shows up and wow.......they brought the wrong order. At 8:37 they delivered the order and it is lukewarm at best!!!! They did not remake my order, they delivered the order that was sitting on their counter for over an hour.
Their thin crust pizza is always the best.
