I work in the plaza and call my food in 20 mins early and still end up waiting 20 mins for a personal pan customer service is horrible I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location ever ever

This place is EXTREMELY UNSANITARY. Letting employees make individuals pizzas without gloves AND TOUCHING THEIR PHONE WHILE MAKING THE PIZZA. And posting the evidence on social media! This type of consumer service is outrageous! I would never want my kids, friends and family eating in such a disgusting environment! THE ADDRESS IS 7060 International Dr, Orlando FL 32819 ! DO U WANT YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY EATING HERE!!?

Um dying from cancer sorry for being blunt response but I know what's gonna be my demise I didn't finesse anyone ,I got finessed time is short buy if I keep medical protocol um good they me live another day out a six month sentence

Don’t waste your money here the one off of Hansel Ave is better and usually with a manager working

Bunch of young unprofessional people with nasty attitudes & piss poor problem solving skills working and running this store. Everyone I know chooses to drive miles out of the way just to avoid what's come to be expected at this last Pizza Hut in this area because we noLonger want the coupons Corporate try's to give out to in attempts to put a bandaid on the horrific service we've all come to expect

I will say that the Pizza Hut on Americana is awesome. I made a delivery order and some how I only received half of my order. I called and inform them and they reached out to the driver and he brought my boneless wings and that was very nice of him an them. I can say I am very pleased with the service ? and I appreciate you all at Americana Pizza Hut. ?

If i could give 0 stars i would. Worst customer service, no compassion for customers. Was left on hold several times for over 15 minutes each time, even when supposedly being transferred to a manager. All i wanted at that point was a refund and they did not even have the courtesy to do that. If you can avoid this store please do so, not worth the disrespect!

Got my order wrong. Then when I tried to call to correct it they pick up and hang up the phone every time! Now I'm out the money I spent for food I never got! Thanks ?
This is what I tried to put in the online contact form but it timed out on me 3 timesI didn't share my feedback with the restaurant because they WONT ANSWER MY CALLS. I am absolutely furious. I placed my order at 9:20 and was told it would be delivered by 9:40. It is not 10:45 and I cannot get in touch with anyone. I have to be up at 6am and I am up far too late. I am disgusted with this terrible location and their extreme lack of customer service. The team at this location needs some serious retraining or restructuring . The manager at this location should be ashamed. As I've been typing this I've been on hold with the location and it just hung up on me. I expect a full refund plus some other compensation as this is an extreme inconvenience that could have easily been avoided.

I wish I could post about the food but I can't.I called placed a simple order, just three pizzas.30-45 minute wait. Ok fine with me... waited 50 minutes only to call and hear my order was cancelled waited to be on the line with a real person, I explained my situation the person. He told me to wait came back said I'll hand you off to the front desk and hanged up the call. Ok fine I'll just call back. Waited AGAIN "hi is this for delivery or carry out" "no sorry I called about 1 minu-"And he hung up before I even got halfway through my sentence. My pizza never came. Long story short: ordered pizza, order cancelled, called twice, got hung up on twice and never got my pizza after 1 and a half hour of waiting.

Ordered half pepperoni and half sausage but received meat lover which my kids don't like so I asked for a refund or the pizza I ordered and they said no they can only give credit so I informed them the last time they messed up on my food and said they were giving me credit they never did so if going to give me credit can I get his name so he said no he can't give me his name then put me on hold for a hour then hung up. Never again will I eat from any pizza hut because they keep messing up my order and THEY DONT CARE!!

Ofori was amazing and so were his teammates! It was busy and even had rude customers in there and he handled it with Grace and a Smile. The cheese bread was SO GOOD! And the service was as better! 10/10 for me!

We watched the commercial wanted pepperoni lovers with note indicating pineapple on the side as only 1person isn't allergic and placed order on Uber eats!! NEVER AGAIN!! I Have to wait normal business days to get refund and pizza was damn near raw dough!!! unacceptable PIZZA HUT. Ruined a Valentines Day Suprise..Shame on your company name!!!
