On Dec1,2025 around 12:20pm.I called about an order I placed and I spoke with a Latino immigrant who says she is the day shift manager “ELIZABELL”the young lady was rude and very combative and actually told me to pull up in a threatening manner all because I told her my order was not delivered entirely and requesting for the remaining item be sent back out. Customer service from this place is the worse I’ve ever seen. I was denied what I paid for and told that from now on I am refused service. I ask to speak with the manager which she replied she was the manager and the owner. Wow imagine that . I hope the real manger and owner review that call and deal with the this matter appropriately

My first time there on lee rd. Excellent and the young lady at the counter was very nice. Pizza was on point exactly how I ordered it. Was sorta shocked since Hut has dropped the ball at other locations, the only reason im posting. Keep it up!!!

I have been coming here for years and have never had any serious issues so far. If there were anything that needed to be fixed it was fixed and I was happy after the fact.Cameryn is always helpful and makes the food just the way I like it. Whenever I ask for something to be fixed it has never been an issue. Good customer service as well and a food made right. 💯

Took 5 min to even come and check on me at the front. Told me it was coming out the oven it should take 3min. Just for me to sit and wait 25min. Feel like they ain't even start cooking it until I showed up.

I didn't receive my full order and I called it in and was told that I have a store credit and to claim it the next time I ordered, I just placed an order online and called the store two times to claim my credit and was put on hold both times for almost 30 minutes each call.... So I guess they're just going to Deebo my money and I'll never receive my credit.....I work too hard for my money for it to just be taken away from me by a multi million dollar company....this location is horrible.

Takes them three hours for them to finally admit doordash stole your order. You could easily walk to a grocery store, buy ingredients, make the pizza, and walk all the way back home faster than you'd get ordering here.

Christina was such a kind soul ❤️ my order was unable to be delivered but she was very apologetic and sweet. She remade the pizza and sent immediately after issue with my delivery. Thank you for being so nice Christina!!

This pizza hut is the worst , they use doordash for delivery and there is ALWAYS an issue when I order food . The drivers steal the food and say they’ve delivered the food and when contacting the store they say they can’t do anything about it no refund no reorder but to call Doordash which is also a hassle to connect with anybody. Worst customer service ever ! Pleased do better !

The most slow place in the world. They said they would be ready in 20 minutes, but I arrived 20 minutes later and they hadn't even started making them. By the way, they don't use gloves or wash their hands, what a disgusting place.
