The service is terrible. We ordered a large pizza, 45 minutes after the estimated time it was supposed to be delivered we finally got the pizza.... The delivery driver complained about the tip, she said "I guess something is better than nothing", the pizza was a medium, not a large, and the pizza was cold. I called the store(which is a call center that transfers you to the store and the store never answers the phone) and the second time calling the call center hung up on me after I tried to explain to them that the store wouldn't answer the phone. I'm just going to dispute the charge and let them deal with it. I would stay away from this place. Just order somewhere else or go to a different location.

Order a few weeks ago when the hot honey pepperoni pizza was available. Order one, got home, then realized there was no hot honey, just a pepperoni pizza. I called about the issue and asked for a manager, no manager around. The associate admitted they had no hot honey but continued to sell me a product without letting me know prior. When I asked for a refund, he refused and only offered store credit despite selling me a product I did not order, then continued to hang up on me. Called corporate about the issue. Got a call the next day about it, then never heard back from corporate. No refund, no store credit.The company is a joke. Good thing better alternatives are up the road.

Just pick up two 7 dollars pizza and was charged 31.00 And got home and all the toppings I ordered wasn't there I called back and the lady asked wast there any one that could understand her here at my house I told her I was 73 and I understand everything she said she refused to give me my money back not even part of it so I will have speak to corporate about this matter for how long it take.This wasPizza Hut on Edgewater Dr Orlando Florida, be careful.

My elderly sister ordered a large pizza from this location. When it was delivered, my sister opened the pizza in the dimly lit hotel room and began to eat. When her son stopped in for his share, he discovered the pizza was lacking special ingredients he had requested. My sister continued to call this location, and after sitting on hold for an extremely long time, she was met with 5 attempts to find a resolution to this issue. Each representative put her on hold in the middle of the conversation to then have another individual do the exact same thing to her. Because of the long wait time on hold, she continued to eat the pizza because, like I said, her son had the special requests and she was hungry and the pizza was fine for her especially at 11 pm at night. One woman stated she can replace the pizza, but she will need the wrong pizza back in return. When my sister started to tell her the situation, she was then again put on hold mid sentence. Extremely unprofessional customer service at this location.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza hut. Thought I would swing by Pizza Hut before heading home from working all day. I got home to open a pizza and find only one of the three (expensive) toppings is on the pizza. I called to speak with the manager, and the only option was to bring the pizza back, and they will remake the correct pizza. Unacceptable! I live near millenia, and that option would defeat the whole purpose of going to Pizza Hut. I wanted something quick, simple, and easy, but this was not to be expected.

Easy to order online, received exactly what I ordered, sooner than expected, food was still hot, delivery guy was very polite, great food and great service!
Ordered two personal pans. Took 45 minutes because the maker made a mistake…..twice. When I ask to be compensated for my time with boneless wings or something the “lady with the glasses in charge” said that I was “asking for too much”. She offered me “free sauce”, I said no and asked for a soda, she countered with “free napkins”. Great customer service.
