This experience was experience horrendous! I will NEVER and repeat NEVER order here again! We ordered a pretty simple meal, 2 med pizzas 2 breadsticks, boneless wings and marinara. They showed up with no pizza! We call them and now 45 minutes later they'll deliver the pizzas, but then I don't even want to eat them! We called them and they say they put it in the wrong slot, again not my problem with you charging me the delivery fee and tip. Extremely disappointed. I'll just order elsewhere moving forward. Do yourself a favor.

I’m currently on the phone been on hold for 20 mins. Prior to this I waited 2 hours for 1 pizza! (Never got delivered) I don’t know who the manager is but they need a new one this is absolutely ridiculous 0 stars

On 6/15 @ 5:41 pm placed a take out order with Pizza Hut @ 1001 N Semoran Orlando , Fl. , arrived about 5:55 and was told it would be about 6-8 more minutes as I was waiting 5 customers came into store for pick ups but with only one person no one even greeted them , then about 6 p a male employee came in apron hand to start shift , then a young female came in in uniform to work , but not one person could acknowledge these folks at about 6:05 they started to wait on these people at at 6:10 they told me again it would be another 6 to 8 minutes this is when I lost it , the order was only a personal pan 30 minutes for more for a personal pan is TOO MUCH ! I have been a customer in this shop over 25 yrs. when I walked in the store smelled very damp and dirty. I will never be back !

We ordered the stuffed crust for the first time tonight and it was delicious! Honestly this was the best pizza we ever had from Pizza Hut. Thank you to the new young guy that made it!

Bro if I could give no stars I would I ordered $70.22 of items to feed my family and it didn't even show up and I spoke with said manger and he tried to doordash it to me and tried to make me pay for it again apologizing another time I have no food and out of $70.22 and never even refunding me my money

This place looks very dirty. I asked for red pepper flakes and garlic powder, and the young man said that I had to pay $1, what kind of nonsense is that. I just bought a pizza and I have ti pay first spices, shame on you Pizzahut. Little Ceasars here I cime!

Placed an online order 15 minutes before coming in and than proceeded to wait another 15 minutes after I came in even though they were not busy. The 2 employees had horrible communication. Kept getting different answers for the wait time. Could barely understand the guy and even worse the man wearing the beard net was not wearing it properly. What’s the point in wearing a beard net if you’re not going to cover your beard with it?

Pizza Hut has an attitude problem. I shared prior negative experiences with the franchise with staff only for them to deny the possiblity of the company making such a mistake. They instead push blame on me stating that I made an error. What? Can't you apologize even if it had nothing to do with you? Jeez. No wonder consumers are disgruntled these days.
