Pizza Hut has an attitude problem. I shared prior negative experiences with the franchise with staff only for them to deny the possiblity of the company making such a mistake. They instead push blame on me stating that I made an error. What? Can't you apologize even if it had nothing to do with you? Jeez. No wonder consumers are disgruntled these days.

I ordered through the app last night for delivery. Instead of a store driver which I know would have actually read the delivery instructions I had, it was unfortunately third partied to DoorDash. I left the driver instructions to where I was located and they completely disregarded it. Since I was under the weather, retrieving the order was quite a pain and by the time I was able to grab it and bring it back home, my food was cold and tk was slightly soggy from the grease. I’m also sad mostly because with everything, the order came to $51. $51 for cold food and bad third partied service :/

Incredibly disappointing subpar service at this location. Ray the 'manager' was rude and unhelpful. I asked about the specials he just pointed as if I was bothering him. I ordered wings and he gave me boneless when I wanted bone-in, the incorrect sauce. My pizza didn't have extra cheese, the wrong toppings... When I asked to correct it, he refused to and refused me a refund. I left the order right there. I've never experienced such terrible service. I believe he is not the manager, there is no way a manager would give bad service like that. Do better!

So I must say the cashier was very charming and nice and the food well it’s Pizza Hut the only reason I gave this 3 stars is because the cashier is on his phone via iPod ears and talking the entire time on the phon. There is only one person helping him and she is not on the phone but her expression is “if you get off the phone we can move faster”. I find it unprofessional. Now Ray was very nice but some customer service coaching is needed. Don’t want nothing to happen to him, just need some training.

This is probably the 3rd time I’ve had this issue but never complained until now. I’m not sure if it’s the delivery service or the store itself but I’m always getting cold/old pizza whenever I get something delivered. I came into the store personally to complain and the disrespect I received over MY money is beyond me. The GENERAL manager (told me is name was “Tab”)could care less about customer service. I couldn’t even finish a sentence without him cutting me off or looking at the stains on the walls as if my order meant as much and the gunk on the bottom of his shoe. I will never order from this store Or Pizza Hut as a whole again. I’m better off with my frozen pizza and and self respect. You’ve been warned.

Canceled my order and never notified me. I called an hour after I ordered and was told it came out of the oven and would be on the way. Another hour passes and I call back and was told it was cancelled with no reason as wo why. Worst service I have ever had.
