I will never come to this location again I ordered 5 pizzas and every last one of the was hard and burnt never again all your cooks or whatever you wanna call them should be fired

Terrible! They never delivered and when I called to inquire very nicely, the Manager hung up on me. Called back several times and they said my order showed delivered THEN said the Door Dash driver was on the way to pick it up. Such SORRY service! No pizza and no credit. So, I reported as fraud to receive my money back! Cost me a headache and $0.00 to know I will NEVER give them a penny of my money!
ordered online ahead of time & when i came to pick it up i had to wait another 20 minutes in line because the cashier would not just take my money & give me my food & instead decided to hand other people their food and prepare food for other customers

Service is terrible I placed a order for a personal pan and was told it was going to take 8 minutes and waited over 20 minutes waiting son long to the point where I did not even want it anymore wouldn’t recommend coming here.
Every time I order delivery from here something is missing ! I pay extra for these items and there’s no way for refunds if order delivery through the site. Obviously they hire people could gaf less about what goes out. Order and get pickup so u can check all your items. Obviously it’s to hard to make sure all items are packaged…

I went today(10/11/2024) at 1:42pm after Hurricane Milton, and like always the cashier(front desk) lady was polite, pleasant and with a positive attitude.

I purchased a big New Yorker pizza double pepperoni crusty cup pepperoni it had minute sauce and cheese,minute pepperoni the first pizza then they sent me another pizza and they both were like cardboard. I reached out to the establishment. They want me to dig the trash and return it and i did it was delivered you come and get it apiece out the trash and bring it back. I ordered it through delivery. I told him to come and get the pizza cause I dug it out the trash. This is unacceptable and they will not refund me my money. I’ve had the New Yorker pizza many times and this is not the standards of what I was expecting or what is advertised this is the second pizza more pepperoni, but on cardboard, not too much cheese in my new sauce are you kidding me? Look at it you’ll be the judge.

they don’t even have drivers anymore it’s through DoorDash.
This employees close the door way before closing time, wasting people’s money and time. Made a pickup order 55m before closing and they never even cooked it. When I called and told them I was outside of the store, they hung up on me :)

Attempted several times to order online via mobile website, on a computer, and the app. Was kicked off each time and had to re-add everything. Then there were glitches taking payment. Finally I got my order to submit. I set a delivery for 4:30, and at 4:03 I was informed my order was being delivered (they are 2 min from me). Earlier than anticipated but whatever, it’s fine. Then 6 min later (remember they are only 2 min from me) I get a follow up text that now it will be Doordash handling my order (which I sure hope fees and tip were given to them instead). My order is now set to deliver at 4:32. So really my food wasn’t on the way like they claimed. My Doordash driver then calls me because the location was out of a product on my order. The restaurant couldn’t even call me to fix the issue. I received my order shortly after pickup and I was missing a wing (I believe there are supposed to be 4 with what I ordered, but I only got 3), plus they were cold. I was also missing a sauce I paid for. I tried leaving feedback on the site to get kicked off twice, so I asked to be contacted to better explain. I got a generic “thanks we’ll inform the restaurant to do better” without knowing any details. Awful service, bad food, bad customer support.
