I can honestly say this is one of the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I placed my order at 7:00pm ticket # 0106 this was for pick up I entered the store at 7:20pm my order I had placed was their special they had going on which was one medium Pepperoni, one medium cheese, pizza, one order of cheesy sticks and one order of cinnamon sticks total $23.42 after waiting for 22 minutes In their lobby I was approached by the cashier to inform me that they had burned the cinnamon sticks and it was going to be another 20 minutes while my pizza was just sitting there getting cold I was told that I would be refunded and if I didn’t receive my refund to bring my receipt back the following day it’s now 8:18 pm and I’m now leaving Pizza Hut very dissatisfied

Brittany the manager was amazing at fixing my order, she didn’t have an attitude like she hates her job. I love that she tried to get in contact with the GM but was unsuccessful. I physically couldn’t get to Pizza Hut so she sent out a replacement order for me and I am beyond grateful. She has no idea how she made my boys night with the correct pizza to continue our Halloween extravaganza since I’m on bedrest and can’t take them out tomorrow night.

Tell this is the store where the young man decided to write a note on a delivery pizza that was rude. Said this is the result of you ordering before the dough is ready. All that happened was a pizza was ordered. It was not baked. Then wanted to give attitude when a refund was asked for. Don't do it.

I received this note when I ordered a pizza yesterday. I felt like this was completely disrespectful so I decided to go up there when I left work. The active manager at the Tom cursed me out and was screaming at me at the top of his lungs and refused to give me a refund or even explained to me why he was writing stuff like this on the pizza. I don’t feel like it’s my fault that their dough wasn’t ready, that has nothing to do with me, but I was definitely blown away about the disrespect and all the cursing in the loud music that was playing inside the store when I got there, I would advise you guys to just go to a different location

Man i went to pick up my T-Mobile Tuesday order which was if i spend more than $1 i get a free flatbread pizza. When i arrived to grab my food the cashier told me that her boss is instructing all customers who are doing the T-Mobile Tuesday to pay an additional 1$. Like im not tripping over the dollar but i shouldn’t be forced to pay yall anything else other than what was already required. Like it’s giving broke as hell & shady!! Do better

U run 2:00 Pizza Tues plz make them right 2 mushroom, Half missing cheese extra sauce not there normally u can't get ingredients and they r dry we will go elsewhere do not want attitude not everyone ask twice disrespectful 🤔☹️

Pizza Hut made a mistake doing $2 personal pan pizzas. I ordered one and paid for extra cheese and this is what I got. Two pieces barely had any cheese on them at all. I’m not going to call and complain and ask for my .60 back. It seems they ran out of boxes and were using pasta containers for the pizza. The pizza was stuck inside it and I had to destroy the slice to get it out.I just think they should have been better equipped to handle the volume of customers coming in today! The staff was still nice despite the line out the door and I guess you get what you pay for!

Horrible! I’ve given this place 3 tries and each time they fail. Customer service: horrible Yesterday I placed an order at 6:55 and was told it would arrive by 7:47. At 8:30 I attempted to call, at 8:45 I was still on hold so I left home and went to the location. As I was pulling up after being on hold for 36 minutes someone picked up the phone and hug up. Now since about 7:20 the tracker stated the pizza was in the oven. Not true because when I arrived they first said they didn’t remember seeing my name after I told them my name. Well after they looked in the system they saw where I had placed and paid for my order and they rudely stated that my order had not been started and that they have a 3 hour wait. I just don’t understand how I went for 30 - 40 minute wait to going to the location and the items I ordered had not been prepared but the tracker showed different. Does that mean the workers just hit the trackers not to hurt their time, like the drive thru??? Overall I give this location a negative 10 due to this not being the first time but it is the last time. Once again customer service is POOR and the last time the food was cold and a lil burnt, the wings were. The photo shows that the pizza was in the oven but it wasn’t look at the time on screenshot and also the delivery time.

I have one complaint and one compliment. The complaint is they put pork on my pizza instead of beef. I’m allergic to pork that’s why I asked him was he sure it wasn’t pork, and he replied yes. The compliment is, it’s an African American lady in the store with a short black skirt on, with gold hair. Whatever her name was she was very professional , and knows how to handle a crowd.

The slowest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I went there to pick up an order while doing DoorDash and ended up waiting for about 30 minutes. The staff were never helpful, and after 30 minutes, I left without even getting the order.

I had a delivery order of traditional honey BBQ wings. I received boneless honey bbq. Called them and got the call center agent who transferred me to the store. Store employee said hold for a manager, and I was transferred back to the call center. I've been bounced around 5 times for something so simple. Asked for a call center manager and was put on hold, and of course, the call was disconnected. Called back again and the call center agent advised me to call CORPORATE @ 9pm at night. RIDICULOUSNESS never again
