I came here with my girlfriend and ordered a pizza which tasted great, however when we received the pizza it was a little soft and not crispy. The manager on duty named Terry was at our table in no time and made things right by giving us a fresh pizza that was absolutely perfect! Not only was Terry professional, courteous and polite, but he offered us great advice on which rides and shows to check out. We really appreciate the customer service that Terry provided along with the rest of staff. Definitely coming back here and will recommend this place to all of our friends and family. Promote this man!!!

Fantastic experience at Pizza Moon!! Amazing food and ambiance can’t be beat. Very quick service. Special recognition for Terry who made my son’s birthday celebration unforgettable!! My son was talking about Terry for days after and insisted we go back to Pizza Moon again on our last day at the park!! Mushroom pizza and the purple crust pizza were particularly delicious. Can’t believe this is a theme park pizza spot!

We ordered pizza and pasta for the family. Pasta came out 20 min before the pizza 1 person at a time is eating rest waiting. No plates or napkins
The pepperoni pizza was amazing as well as the Cesar Salad. The brownie is definitely a must. Jerry was the bomb.

Not the best option, this was the first time we had a bad experience on a Universal restaurant, park was busy that day so there was a long queue to get a table, in my opinion their system of making you queue to assign you a table and be able to order on the app (no option of ordering on counter) could be much better and simpler, the staff seem to be in a bad mood that day and even was a bit rude at some point because we could not hear them over the noise inside the restaurant, on top of that the pizza was bad, the sauce tasted like nothing, crust was a bit overcooked, unless you really want pizza, there are better places to eat in Epic.

Pizza moon is great theme park food. It’s affordable, tasty and good quality pizza in a charming sit down quick service. You are served your pizzas after being seated which was nice. This is one of the best quick service restaurants that we visited accords the Orlando theme parks. I highly recommend.

This restaurant was honestly amazing! The manager Terry was so hands on, spent extra time with my nephew telling him background stories about the portals with so much enthusiasm. Completely enriched the experience for his birthday. Terry was bringing food, cleaning up, making the kids feel special- he should be running the park! The pizza was great for a sit down pizza restaurant and honestly spectacular for a theme park pizza. The purple pizza and mushroom pizza were my favorites.
