I worked with John for a little while me coming in with 17 years of experience I thought I couldn't learn much else but this guy is ap true master of the trade I call him the Mr Miyagi of Italian food really makes a good product he truly loves the trade and pays attention to the details thanks for helping me better my skills

Love this place! The Caprese Salad uses really fresh tomatoes with slices of good mozzarella, enough basil and balsamic. Thank you! I have had caprese in good restaurants that used unripe tomatoes, little cheese and basil - not good. I also like the other salads and soups at Del Dio My husband really likes their pizza - right balance of ingredients, good sauce! We are regulars and fans!

This place was “FANTASTIC”, very family oriented, the owner was very welcoming and friendly as they prepared my order, I order a “steak Stromboli with red and green peppers and pineapples”, it’s was so DELICIOUS!, they made it right in front of me from from beginning to end and everything was made fresh, I definitely recommend.

If you want truly authentic NY pizza in Orlando....just go try it.
It's the only one that gets the crust PERFECT! If it doesn't have that slight 'crunch'...then it isn't perfect.

I hardly ever give five stars to any location. But this restaurant is amazing. I got the cheesesteak boli and my wife got the lasagna. We also had Peroni beer, on tap, in an ice cold glass and it felt so refreshing after a long day at work. Our server is also a pleasure she is amazing her name is Jeano. The whole staff did a great job. The restaurant is very clean a huge plus in my book.
