This is for the owner.. just wanted you to know that I came to your store this morning at 6:45, you're supposed to be open at 6:30 but the employee was just sitting in his car in the parking lot and when you see me come to the door you started running up real fast like oh my bad nobody usually shows up till like 7:00 LOL so because of this I had to leave because he didn't even have the store set up.. and I'm sure you're not paying your employee to sit in the parking lot waiting on somebody to show up

I never write reviews, but I felt it necessary because of the incredible experience I had at this Windermere, planet smoothie. It was all because of their amazing employee Logan! I called to place an order for pick up and Logan was tremendously helpful and provided excellent service over the phone, I could tell he truly cared about my specifications and even recommended some additional items for me. Entering the store, the same incredible customer service continued, and I’m leaving with a great smoothie, and a smile on my face. Thank you Logan!

I really dig the Chocolate Elvis, tastes like a shake. The staff is always friendly. I have met the owner a couple times and enjoyed chatting with him. My daughter and I like to grab a smoothie when I pick her up from school and any time your teen enjoys time with you, it's worth a few bucks. So grab your teen and join me for a tasty treat.

I’m not one to be hard on somebody. But this is the third time that I’ve walked out with out a smoothie because Lucy doesn’t know how to make a smoothie correctly. So not only do I wait for 15 minutes after putting my order in online which allows 10 minutes for pick up(so now a total of 25 min). She had to remake or keep adding things to peoples smoothies and trying to make it thinner. She wasn’t washing her hands touching everything and wiping it on her pants then continuing to make smoothies. But after waiting 25 minutes Lucy hadn’t even started my smoothie and was still making a mess out of the one family smoothies in front of me. Like I said I’m not one to even write reviews, let alone bad ones. But Lucy deff needs more training and to not be left alone because she had no idea what she’s doing.
