Literally walked in and walked out it smelled like the bathroom exploded it was one of the most unpleasant smells. Makes you not want to order anything makes you feel like the restaurant is not sanitary

Great experience at Planet Smoothie! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I wasn’t sure what to get, but an employee kindly helped me choose the perfect smoothie and it was delicious. Their knowledge and positive attitude made the visit even better. Definitely coming back!

Honestly, the smoothies are great. However this particular location smells like a public restroom. I’ve never had any major problems (other than the disgusting smell). Until today. I’m writing this as I’m standing in line. I’ve been in here waiting for 25 minutes already. There is a young black woman working. She is taking forever with the 1 customer in front of me. There are now 4 people behind me in line. I’m about to walk out because I truly do not have the time to stand here any longer. Super disappointing and bad customer service. Customers are now beginning to fight because we’ve all been standing here so long.

Payed 11 dollars for a small smoothie with meal replacement, and they went ahead and put so much ice in the mix that half the blender was still full of smoothie, of course what they gave me was literally pure ice no flavor at all. What a waste of money.
