I had the worst experience today at the Baldwin Park store. As I am a resident of Baldwin Park, this blonde girl there cussed me out and I was super disappointed. As a business owner, I would not speak to my clients in this manner. It is surprising to me that children are working there and acting this way. They should act like grown adults. I will be speaking to the manager Monday morning.

Ok, so I am a regular here, and it’s always a good experience. Great staff, great smoothies, perfect post gym snack. But today was some of the best times I have ever had. I rushed in today to order my boyfriend and I’s smoothies because I wanted to pay- and there was a line, which happens, so they were like it’s gonna be a bit of a wait. And I was like yeah of course take your time, but low and behold they got to me so quickly. And I think they sensed my urgency because the two boys were like what’s up? and I was like can I pay before you make my order because I wanted to pay before my boyfriends gets in here. And they let me and were just so nice. Albeit my boyfriend did make it in in time and beat me to it- but that’s besides the point. Not to mention the smoothies were phenomenal and really quick. Especially considering there was lowkey a rush. Anywho the name on the receipt is Andrew, so whoever was there with him and him deserve a raise or something. 🙏 IDK- but great energy and service and vibes.

The food is good here but the service is awful. Every time I go in there is a new worker and they all are extremely unwelcoming and rude. I’ve never been greeted before and they all are very stand-off ish.
I went with a friend to have an açai bowl and the barista Marissa was very kind and helpful to us. She said we could change something if we felt like it, but the one we picked was just perfect (with banana, strawberry, granola and chocolate chip). She also offered us a sample of another smoothie that we loved and we are definitely going back for that one. She made the whole experience amazing for us.

Worker was giving us a bad attitude when we got in and then we left without ordering. We came back and ordered and we did not tip and she gave us an even worse attitude. She made the smoothie so horribly and it tastes different than what it should.
I have been meaning to come for ages, finally went. It’s ok, a little pricey, has good selection. But I’m not much of a smoothie person after all

Custumer service for me is the most important thing, I always come here with a smile to order and the only friendly employee is one of the guys don't know his name but he is short very friendly the rest of the staff is OK but the girl with the curly hair that works in the afternoon mostly she gets cero in custumer service she is rude, never seen her smile and everytime you order her face looks like she hates you even if your smiling back a her. There's a lot of room for improvement specially in a area like baldwin park that is very friendly

Amanda always provides excellent customer service. The store has amazing hours for the early birds that is not typical of other stores. I would recommend this location for anyone in the area.
