Just asked my daughter in law to pick me up a bowl.. first time for this place.. a ton of acia with some old banana, mushie blueberries & strawberries, some granola.. definitely won't be back there for a bowl!! Had one a few days ago from a place by Outback Steakhouse for the first time & it was the best! Everything was fresh and not frozen fruit like this one. The other place was generous in toppings also! I am totally disappointed with this bowl from here.

Worker was giving us a bad attitude when we got in and then we left without ordering. We came back and ordered and we did not tip and she gave us an even worse attitude. She made the smoothie so horribly and it tastes different than what it should.

Amanda always provides excellent customer service. The store has amazing hours for the early birds that is not typical of other stores. I would recommend this location for anyone in the area.

This associate named Lukas made my Small PBJ smoothie. The smoothie tasted good but the whole transaction was trash service from beginning to end. I am not going back like ever again as long as she's working. No welcome, smug attitude, she signed, gave dirty looks and head nods as if to say "hurry up and order already" look. What a shame that an employee out all people is driving customers away and making the business lose out on money. I walked in, only me, she was eating her lunch is what it looked like i walked into. I asked for a kids PBJ and she said that does not come in kids and pointed to the wall where the kids flavors were. I got confused bc my previous visits i had gotten a kids PBJ from here before but with her attitude already and no welcome i didn't challenge back at her not accommodating that for me. I said i would get a small then, no reply. A couple come in after me as she put my smoothie in the blender, she asked them three freaking times what they want. Then she did a head move as if she was bothered they didn't know what they wanted Finally the man said "give us a minute." Finally they ordered and my smoothie was done and she started making theirs. Like you see me right here why would you start making theirs after my smoothies done and sitting right there waiting to be poured. I made sure i got my receipt. Her vibes are NOT it. She does not give a good representation of what Planet smoothie is. Not coming back.

Just went into get my smoothie and I’ve only been there like three times before at this location, this lovely young lady Mariangel, who has takin my order before, greeted me with a lovely smile and a genuine how are you? I felt so welcomed. She then proceeded to ask if I wanted my usual. I was shocked that she remembered not only did I have a fantastic smoothie made to perfection but also a great conversation. One of the nicest young ladies I have ever met, so pleasant and so professional highly recommend coming to Baldwin Park location, I hope you’re lucky enough to get Mariangel as your smoothie barista 10 out of 10 will come again!!
Custumer service for me is the most important thing, I always come here with a smile to order and the only friendly employee is one of the guys don't know his name but he is short very friendly the rest of the staff is OK but the girl with the curly hair that works in the afternoon mostly she gets cero in custumer service she is rude, never seen her smile and everytime you order her face looks like she hates you even if your smiling back a her. There's a lot of room for improvement specially in a area like baldwin park that is very friendly

Kids smoothie ...I can't understand why they can't split a regular smoothie into a kids cup. Its more than enough to split. I'm essentially paying 9 dollars for a regular smoothie which should more than cover the cost of the cup. they're good and all but not very accommodating .

An extra cup is 2 cents of cost to your store, but refusing to give one to a customer means they will never come back. Terrible. Do better.

The girl who was working yesterday 8/30/22 at 6:55pm, the receipt says her name is Mariangel, ALWAYS has a nasty attitude. After she finished the transaction with the customer ahead of me, she walked over to the sink and turned away from me so she was facing the wall. As she is facing the wall, she asks what I want, and before I could answer she turns the sink on. I stayed silent and patiently waited for her to turn the sink off and to turn around and face me... 1) I'm not going to talk to the back of your head and 2) I'm not going to try to yell over the sink. She's one of those people who will never move up in life and will always be in a similar position to the one she is in now because she doesn't know how to act right. If you hate your life so much and you don't want to work, then quit. I come to this location often enough to say that she is the only employee that has caused an unpleasant experience. All of the other employees are always friendly and have great customer service skills, I am always relieved when I walk into this location and Mariangel is not there. If I owned a business I would not want someone like her representing my company. I only gave two stars instead of one because she actually got my order right (on the first try) this time.
