I was going to do 2 separate reviews, but I'll just share both horrible experiences in this one. First time I visited this location I ordered a Smoothie and the Lady did it in the same container from the girl that was ahead of me. I asked the lady why? and she said that it was ok because they both had bananas. I said it wasn't ok because I did not want sugar and denied to start over in new container. I left disappointed and threw away the smoothie. Today 9-21-2024 I decided to give it another opportunity, again bad smoothie, this is not a fruit smoothie, this is water with just a tad taste of what I ordered, its even bitter and I added peanut butter. If you like the Lean Green Extreme, you know what flavors it should have, and the color. This is barely even green. Do Not recommend this place at all, and I am not a person of third chances. disgusting!!!

The smoothies I order from here are flavor less. The other planet smoothies does a better job making them taste great. I don’t like the way the young girl makes the smoothies she doesn’t pay attention and doesn’t put enough effort into making them.

My favorite Planet Smoothie location to go to! Vim is a great manager and she makes delicious smoothies :) I used to go to this location all the time when I was walking-distance. Now I live a bit further away, I still continue to support this location.

This location is clean and cute. Went for National Smoothie day to get one of my favorite drinks, the Lunar Lemonade after a workout. They were kind and welcoming.

Worst planet smoothie I have ever had. I ordered PB Blues and this is the most watered down, unsweetened smoothie I have ever had from this chain. The place also had their AC off. In this Florida weather? Really? Are we skimping out on AC and sweetener because we are trying to save money or something? Honestly really disappointed, will not be going to this location again.

Didn’t realize how close this Planet Smoothie was from my home. My first time there today and such a great experience! The owner, so sweet and professional! The Acai Bowls, were so delicious and full - I couldn’t even finish it! Fruits were fresh And delicious! Grade A service !

I'm not one to write bad reviews at all since I work in customer service myself and know how things can be. But this is unacceptable. The first photo I have attached is what I received from this location, compared to the second photo where I got the acai bowl from another location.Half-way empty. My mother does not go to Planet Smoothie, so she did not know the size of it or what it's supposed to look like, so she gave it to me like this. The container was literally just like this before me even eating it (I moved the contents around, but did not take a bite. It's literally this much).The second photo is what I received from another store FULL. I really feel like I just got scammed for almost $14 for a half-empty container.
