I came here for a to go order and I wanted to get a cookie that I grab in the front, it didn’t have a price, when I asked the price the lady said 3 something and then she press on the screen oatmeal cookie and it was 2.50$ then she deleted the order and changed for customized order and charged me 3,50$ not to mention how rude she was when I ask for a to go order she yelled at me saying is in the fridge like I already knew. Really bad service and workers

I am 11 weeks pregnant and I realllyyyy wanted a smoothie tonight and I called this location because it was closest to me at the time. It was 10min to close so I called and said I will pay when I get there if you make the smoothie and she said okay !!! I got there 5 min before and it was ready for me.. VIM is amazing and she helped me over the phone and in person. Thank you for being so sweet and so kind!!! I even signed up for the rewards she told me about :) I will be back

They were practically shakes of pure ice. I ordered 3 strawberry with pineapple and it was practically pure water.

Me and my wife was one of the first customers there. We ended up being the last to be served . I’m sure you can guess our backgrounds . I’m now making the review but this happened about a month ago and past the store and remembered our experience here
Walked in(over an hour before closing time), smiled at the woman behind the counter, she made eye contact, gave a dirty look and SLAMMED down the blender she was washing. She didn’t say a single word and glared at us as we looked at the menu uncomfortably. After 30 seconds or so she stormed into the back and we walked out. Mostly just had to leave a review to share the absurd experience I just had.

I stumbled upon this location eight months ago and have ordered at least twice a week since. Vim makes the best acai bowls I’ve ever had! She’s also a very friendly and smart lady :) I love Planet Smoothie!

Visited this planet smoothie five times. Three times with my boyfriend and two times alone. The last time I went with my boyfriend and we both came to the conclusion that we wouldn’t be coming to this location again.
I have worked in a similar job before so I don’t always pay attention to the person preparing the smoothie to not make them uncomfortable. But three out of the five visits, the older woman who works there in the afternoon and nights, always makes a mistake and the last time I decided it was intentional.
Every time I visited it’s not busy, the woman is alone, on her laptop sitting in the lobby. When she sees us walk in she is quick to get up and greet us and help us with our order. We order our smoothies with a few add-ons and substitutions(adding greens, protein, fat-burner, and my boyfriend likes to substitute one fruit and add protein.) Nothing crazy. So the last time we went, she completely omitted the add-ons(that we are paying extra for) and on top of that the smoothies have no flavor or not the normal flavor they should have or coloration for that matter. She gave us watered down drinks.
The main reason I came to this conclusion is because she’s done it before to me where I paid for the greens add-on and she “forgot” to add them and “forgot” to add them in during my last visit too. I know this because my smoothie looks not so appealing and my boyfriend makes fun of me for it. But even he said it looked different.
Also I asked my boyfriend if I could try his smoothie and he got the largest size they had. He omitted banana and added pineapple and extra mango. It tasted like nothing. Couldn’t even taste a little bit of pineapple only low-battery mango…
You’re going to cut on cost and steal from your customers? You’re losing customers 🤷♀️

I was going to do 2 separate reviews, but I'll just share both horrible experiences in this one. First time I visited this location I ordered a Smoothie and the Lady did it in the same container from the girl that was ahead of me. I asked the lady why? and she said that it was ok because they both had bananas. I said it wasn't ok because I did not want sugar and denied to start over in new container. I left disappointed and threw away the smoothie. Today 9-21-2024 I decided to give it another opportunity, again bad smoothie, this is not a fruit smoothie, this is water with just a tad taste of what I ordered, its even bitter and I added peanut butter. If you like the Lean Green Extreme, you know what flavors it should have, and the color. This is barely even green. Do Not recommend this place at all, and I am not a person of third chances. disgusting!!!

The smoothies I order from here are flavor less. The other planet smoothies does a better job making them taste great. I don’t like the way the young girl makes the smoothies she doesn’t pay attention and doesn’t put enough effort into making them.
