Don’t go to this location their prices are outrageous. You can go down the road and get the same thing for $2 cheaper. My boyfriend and I paid $18 for two kids smoothies!! I also had to remind him to input my phone number and we go no receipt. I added pictures below of the price difference.

Walked in at 9:01 a minute after opening and the guy made our smoothies and then his card system was not working so he had us wait there for 20 minutes while the smoothie melted just to say we couldn’t have the smoothie because his card reader was down. Horrible customer service.

Arrived at open and had a smoothie made. Credit card machine was broken on there end for 15 minutes and was never resolved. We waiting 15 minutes, and received no smoothie since we did not have cash. The smoothie should have been given at zero cost due to error on their end.

My typical order from here is a dark and dreamy açaí bowl but I gotta say Evan just made the best one I’ve had yet. Also, I was with my brother and he ordered a chocolate Elvis and he also said it’s the best smoothie he’s had from planet smoothie. Evan has great customer service, attentiveness, and he’s friendly. If I could give Evan more stars I would.

Don’t go on Sundays, this guy is terrible. Will have you waiting for over 10 minutes from an online order that he has outside melting the whole time. It tasted bad also, another worker makes it great.

I love my Crazy Carnival & Chocolate Elvis. The crew/ staff here has been here for a while & have been great and consistent. Quick, efficient and I never have to send a smoothie back. If you’re in the area and need a refresh from the summer heat this is the spot.

Guy with muscles and beard, and the two older couple are nice. Came in yesterday around 4 to see if there were any birthday deals and was told no cause I need to sign up which is alright. It was off putting that both the employees there were cold and distant even after I told them it was my birthday, no happy birthday or have a nice day just heard it in one ear and came out the other like they didn’t care about a customers birthday. Cold and rude short Hispanic girl and African American young guy working there.
