I came in on Monday to the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The girls were so rude and had zero concept on how customer service works. I can only take so many eye rolls. If you want to work in customer service at least pretend like you like your job.

I have been coming to this location since 2020 and I’ve been a planet smoothie fan since 2005. This location is definitely representative of the brand with the consistently delicious smoothies and the friendly service! I’m always welcomed when I come in and the management seems to really care. You can’t go wrong with a smoothie here!

This place reeked like a men’s locker room. It was disgusting. No food place should stink like dirty feet. While the staff was nice and helpful, the foul odor was extremely distracting, as well as made you question how fresh the ingredients are, and the smoothies were terrible. Mine tasted like cardboard. I haven’t been to this smoothie place in a while, and I won’t be going back until they fix the major issues.

My experience here on 07/03 was terrible ! For one I wasn’t greeted the same way or had the same interaction as other customers in the store. I ordered a smoothie and asked to purchase a large cup of ice since most places allow you to purchase it. Rachel proceeds to charge me for $11 for a cup of ICE and walks away quickly to prepare it without giving me any kind of warning that it’s that much for ICE !! Thank God I read the machine before I paid and walked away because that was ridiculous. She tried to justify it instead of rectifying the situation. NEVER AGAIN.
