I got a berry Brazilian from here and that thing was so delicious and the guy there that works. There is really nice and friendly and helped me out with what I wanted to pick exactly and I definitely recommend this place!!

Went here today and the young man working the counter made me feel as if I was not existent. He greeted the Caucasian customers with a smile and when it came to my order he definitely acted indifferent. I was unaware that there was a planet smoothie near my home. Will definitely bypass this ine. I hate to feel like my business is not welcome. Poor customer service will surely kill any business.

I went to this location today 10/17/2025 and it was around 9:10 AM picked the power crunch asked the lady for a regular size and she gave me a damn medium…since when did a medium size cup become a regular size?? I wanted a small serving and she ruined my mood and now I have to drink this big cup… thanks a lot.
