The service is ridiculous slow. You go on your break and prepare to waste your whole time there. The owner was there as well and he helped on Nothing. The food is always good but the service is terrible.

Pre-ordered a smoothie with added blast online due to my very small window of time. I wish I would have known the parking situation before because I would have never ordered. If you're looking for something quick, this is not it! I got there 10 minutes before my order was ready. Circled aroundto find parking, parked and started walking when I realized I had no more time left, so I had to turn around. I called to see if anything could be done, but the very short answer I got was it's already made. You can come pick it up, no refunds.

The guy working had terrible customer service skills. He even coughed twice while making the smoothie which made me not drink it.
The marketing and signage are falling apart or are faded.
There is a half brown banana sitting on the counter.
The whole place, person, and vibe made me have food safety concerns. I won’t be back.

An absolutely disgusting experience. The man making our smoothies coughed twice over them as he was pouring them. Then he had a nasty cough into his hands and proceeded to go about his day, handing me a bag for my smoothies.No urgency to wash his hands or anything! I couldn’t even drink my smoothie anymore which I paid $21 for plus the $3 tip. :( And after having a stomach ache and lost appetite the past two days a smoothie was the only thing I wanted. I am SO upset.
