This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Planet Fitness. Drinks were subpar at best. The lady scratched her head over my drink while making it. The owner was rude when asked for a cup of warm water. They'll be just fine without my money, but I hope others have a better experience.

Came in with my sister just to grab a smoothie to go. The owner was so kind and made our smoothies so fast and when asked to adjust our order he happily helped us. Bright, clean,friendly, and a great smoothie! Will definitely be back.
