One star is generous. I'd give them negative if it was an option. We ordered ahead so that we could get our athletes a quick snack before they had to be at their meet. We walked into a line of people and ONE person working. She was less than helpful and didn't really seem to know what she was doing. We waited over 20 minutes AFTER we arrived at the store for our online order to even be started. Why bother opening if you have ONE person working? We visited at 12:40p on Friday April 19th. My first and last visit to a Planet Smoothie. Will stick to Tropical Smoothie Cafe across the street next time.
