I’ve been coming to this Planet Smoothie location for years, and I’ve always appreciated the amazing service. The staff has consistently been friendly, welcoming, and quick, which is why I’ve stayed a loyal customer for so long. However, recently I’ve noticed there are some new employees, and the service has changed a bit. They’ve refused to take my order over the phone even when I arrive just a couple of minutes later and the store is completely empty or has only one customer. I’m not sure why this has become an issue, especially since they’re already answering the phone and it would save me and probably others time. I still enjoy the smoothies and have always valued this location, but I’m hoping the new staff can bring back the same level of service and convenience that made this place stand out in the first place.

I have never experienced smoothie making with such, happiness. I came in feeling, down and just wanted to get a smoothie and not talk, I had the pleasure of meeting Mercedes who was just so bright, and the amount of positive energy coming off of her I couldn’t help but get in a better mood she talked to me from start to finish made me laugh which I desperately needed, before I left I told her that she has no idea how she made my day better and all she did was be kind. She replied “ to be nice cost me nothing never know what someone is going through. I want my smile to change somebody day and they feel refresh after speaking not exhausted and I have added to their problems”
I wish I could meet a 1000 more of her that have that same energy and mindset. To be so young and so wise is a blessing.

They should hire a 100 more of the young lady that works there her name was Mercedes absolutely amazing energy, lovely smile, just her overall personality shines so bright, every come cross people who are just filled with love and itvjudrv pours off of them onto you this was her energy. Truly amazing. She was very knowledgeable offered suggestion's. I come here often my husband and I come together and her energy never weavers and we have been a few times where she was working nights. Lovely young lady, very much an asset to any company.

Customer service definitely goes a long way especially a positive attitude, and just overall good vibes. I had the pleasure of meeting Bam the Manager and Mercedes. Bam was very polite and very knowledgeable about the menu. However Mercedes shined very brightly , positive energy, outgoing personality, a smile that can brighten anyways one day I wanted to offer her a job at my practice. Energy and positivity can’t be taught it’s natural I wished I could meet a 100 of people with her light: Props to these two women for making my experience amazing and for gaining a long term customer.

I can’t say enough good things about this smoothie spot! Every time I visit, I’m blown away by the freshness of the ingredients and the variety of options. Whether you’re into tropical blends, protein-packed shakes, or something green and healthy, they’ve got you covered.
The staff is super friendly and always willing to recommend something new based on what you're in the mood for. My personal favorite is the Fiji Island Breeze it’s like a tropical paradise in a cup!
The place is clean, cozy, and perfect for a quick pick-me-up or post-workout refresh. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out. This is hands-down my go-to smoothie place in town!

Exceptional Service and Speed at Planet Smoothie – Shoutout to the Manager!
I recently visited the Planet Smoothie location by Melania, and as soon as I walked in, I noticed a long line. I debated whether to stay, thinking it would take a while to get my drink—but I’m so glad I did.
What immediately caught my attention was a woman behind the counter moving with incredible speed and focus, preparing drinks and managing the team like a true pro. It was the fastest and most efficient service I’ve seen at any smoothie shop. Her energy was unmatched, and she never missed a beat.
At one point, I mentioned how impressed I was to the team member at the register, and she responded, “Oh yeah, she’s the manager!”—and it made perfect sense. Both team members were warmly greeting everyone who walked in, creating a positive and welcoming environment while keeping up with a high volume of orders.
There were about 15 people ahead of me, yet my wait was less than 10 minutes. The smoothie I ordered was absolutely delicious, and watching the manager work so quickly and confidently—while remembering so many recipes—was truly inspiring.
I just want to recognize and thank her for going above and beyond. Planet Smoothie is lucky to have such strong leadership and customer service on display. I’ll definitely be back!
