Customer service definitely goes a long way especially a positive attitude, and just overall good vibes. I had the pleasure of meeting Bam the Manager and Mercedes. Bam was very polite and very knowledgeable about the menu. However Mercedes shined very brightly , positive energy, outgoing personality, a smile that can brighten anyways one day I wanted to offer her a job at my practice. Energy and positivity can’t be taught it’s natural I wished I could meet a 100 of people with her light: Props to these two women for making my experience amazing and for gaining a long term customer.

I can’t say enough good things about this smoothie spot! Every time I visit, I’m blown away by the freshness of the ingredients and the variety of options. Whether you’re into tropical blends, protein-packed shakes, or something green and healthy, they’ve got you covered.
The staff is super friendly and always willing to recommend something new based on what you're in the mood for. My personal favorite is the Fiji Island Breeze it’s like a tropical paradise in a cup!
The place is clean, cozy, and perfect for a quick pick-me-up or post-workout refresh. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out. This is hands-down my go-to smoothie place in town!

Walked into the store and nobody was there. After a few minutes, a lady came to counter to take my order but was on a video chat phone. As she prepared my smoothie, she was holding her phone in one hand and continued with her video chat. I almist left at that point. Wow...that's not professional or right. Never coming back to this location!!

Exceptional Service and Speed at Planet Smoothie – Shoutout to the Manager!
I recently visited the Planet Smoothie location by Melania, and as soon as I walked in, I noticed a long line. I debated whether to stay, thinking it would take a while to get my drink—but I’m so glad I did.
What immediately caught my attention was a woman behind the counter moving with incredible speed and focus, preparing drinks and managing the team like a true pro. It was the fastest and most efficient service I’ve seen at any smoothie shop. Her energy was unmatched, and she never missed a beat.
At one point, I mentioned how impressed I was to the team member at the register, and she responded, “Oh yeah, she’s the manager!”—and it made perfect sense. Both team members were warmly greeting everyone who walked in, creating a positive and welcoming environment while keeping up with a high volume of orders.
There were about 15 people ahead of me, yet my wait was less than 10 minutes. The smoothie I ordered was absolutely delicious, and watching the manager work so quickly and confidently—while remembering so many recipes—was truly inspiring.
I just want to recognize and thank her for going above and beyond. Planet Smoothie is lucky to have such strong leadership and customer service on display. I’ll definitely be back!

It’s smelled good when I walked in great customer service both ladies took care of me really quick gave me a sample before I payed an convinced me to buy another smoothie loved my visit today I will be back
I went in this morning to grab my daily smoothie to get my workday started and the app malfunctioned and Bam was more than willing to help me and get my problem resolved and have my smoothie made quickly so I can get on about my day. I recommend this planet movie to anyone in the area. They have great customer service.

Horrible service....my husband had to repeat several times what he wanted. Then when I said I had allergies and asked if could i make my own combination.... the girl with frizzy braided hair down to her knees with no hat or hair net walked away...literally walked away...the new girl deleted order and we had to start over. She rolled her eyes at us when we asked her to clarify our order. If we hadn't been looking forward to an Acai bowl on our travels we almost walked out. Then the girl who walked away and I told I had allergies with bananas she placed my husband's banana right next to/touching my strawberries, all while flipping her floor length hair all overcutting station. Here for a week and will find somewhere else. I rarely give negative reviews but do good reviews often. This had me so disgusted by the lack of customer service by both girls. Oh and the table my husband sat at while waiting for mine to be done was crusty dirty.

They’re always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely care about getting your order just right. Their energy is contagious and makes the whole experience feel personal and fun. 7:00pm 4/25/25, Was told “Speak up speak up” when ordering which is whatever i thought i was loud enough, but when trying to give us our drinks when we sat down he went “pspspsps” to get our attention like we were animals. This place usually has pretty good service but that was unbelievable.
