Disappointed in this place. From the time it’s been open the food has been good and prices high. The customer service is terrible and the prices have gotten ridiculous. Will never go back.

First time going to the restaurant was in the area and decided to check it out being Haitian. The legume was ok literally one piece of meat. The sos pwa was bland. The white rice was the best part. I ordered some boulette which is Haitian fried meatball and they did not taste authentic. Literally taste like pre made meatball you get from the frozen section and they jazzed it up then fried. Its suppose to be beef meatballs but definitely taste like there was some pork in it and like Italian meatballs I even can taste the herbs. The pikliz was a complete disappointment. The worst pikliz ever so dry no juice literally looks like coleslaw. There was no kick to it taste like chicken bouillon cubes.I did not feel like I got my moneys worth.
I’m very disappointed. I wanted to introduce my friend to Haitian cultural foods and not the best first impression. I had to apologize to her on their behalf because that should not have been the experience. The attitude from the little dark skin was very dismissive and rude. Quick to walk off on you. I was better off cooking this food myself would not recommend. The attitude from of the dark skin lady who took my order made it worse.

I drove three and a half hours thank you that this food would be it but it was not it. My creole might have been off but I understood what was going on. The Haitian party that they present is basically a breakfast patty for $10 and it wasn't even good because it was boiled eggs with hot dogs in it and pulled pork. I didn't even trust eating the food because it wasn't good so I just feel like I donated $65 to this restaurant and just gave the food to someone who needed it because I couldn't eat it It wasn't edible or authentic.

I would not recommend this place to anyone . I went back twice the 1st order I receive was legume it was extremely expensive with no taste and 1 piece of meat . They overcharge and the customer service is horrible the light skin lady at the front desk who wears a scarf on her head was very rude to me my second order because I ordered a Lalo with white rice when I got home I was disappointed to see there was no meat . I drove back to the restaurant and ask her why did she put no meat in it . She looked at me and asked me if I was the one who served her ? I noted her question and repeated my self for her to please make the right order for me as this Lalo was $32 with tax (ridiculous) . She has me sit 25 minutes just to add some meat to my plate . No problem when she brings my plate back there was sauce dripping on the sides she didn’t even take the initiative to wipe it down being the I brought it in with no bag . But she can at least wipe it down as I down wanna make a mess in my car . So when I asked her can she wipe it down and can I have. Bag . Her question was “ Did you bring a bag with you, you brought it like that” .. there was a line of people there listening and watching so I asked her again this time I was aggravated so I made sure she heard me this time loud and clear “MAY I HAVE A BAG PLEASE”
She hands it off and I leave . I won’t ever support this restaurant ever , ever , ever again! The food when I got home was so small and there was piece of Maggi in my food (salty)
