His team were all very hard-working and super kind and the food was absolutely amazing. I felt like it was even better than my original tasting! Fresh and flavorful It could’ve just been me being extremely happy in the moment, but I was just so pleased with everything and so were all my guest! I was so convinced I would be running around and not even get to try the food during my wedding day, but Todd made an extra effort just to make sure he served us first and even gave us a huge pan of leftovers to take home which I thought was extremely sweet. They even worked with us to prepare as much of the food as possible to be gluten free. Everything was great. For appetizers the crab cakes, meatballs, tuna-tini, caprese cababs, meat and cheese plates were perfect. For the main course we had the spring mix salad, parmesan baked broccoli, baby potatoes, chardonnay chicken and beef strip loin. All were delicious. We were very happy with the service from Plus catering for our wedding. The food was absolutely fantastic from the shrimp skewers, bruschetta to the goat cheese/lemon basil chicken and so forth. We had many, many guests complimenting the food weeks after the event. They were responsive and extremely helpful, going so far to move our chairs from the ceremony to reception space when our venue wanted us to pay an additional $6 per chair (x83, $498). Todd Strunk (the executive chef) was consistently helpful and was by far the least stressful I had been talking to a vendor.
